Although many Lagos developments have Marina in their name, this luxury self catering 2 bedroom apartment is one of the few genuine Marina apartments available, located on Marina de Lagos itself. It is fully front facing enjoying stunning views of the Marina from the large private balcony. The balcony gets sun from first thing in the morning to late afternoon, and has a table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining, plus 2 sun loungers for private sun bathing. The apartment is part of the only gated condominium in the Marina complex. Within the condominium there is a large adult swimming pool, a smaller children's pool, and free of charge sun loungers – all exclusively for use of condominium residents. The apartment has 2 luxury bathrooms - one en suite including a bath. It is beautifully decorated with modern, quality furniture throughout and includes fully programmable air conditioning / heating in every room. Perfect for family holidays and relaxing breaks for couples or friends.

The condominium opens on to the Marina waterfront. The Marina de Lagos is a beautiful, modern development with many bars, restaurants and shops. The condominium is quiet and restful as it is set slightly back from the main Marina eating & shopping area. There are many trips and activities available from the Marina waterfront including dolphin safaris, diving trips, and day trips to grottos. The beautiful and historic old town of Lagos with its castle, old walls and varied restaurants is a 10 minute stroll along the flat Marina promenade and across the Marina footbridge. The old town hosts local festivals and craft and art displays. Meaia Praia beach with its golden sands and wonderful beach bars is also a pleasant 10 minute walk from the apartment. This unspoilt beach stretches for miles. Lagos boasts many golf courses which welcome visitors. The local supermarket is on the road at the back of the condominium.

Notes: Fully fitted luxury kitchen adjoins the lounge area via a large wall length serving window. External utility area with clothes horse & pegs which is fully separate area from the main dining and sunbathing patio. Spacious, beautifully furnished lounge with dining area. There are two large modern sofas and 2 occasional tables, a full size dining table and four chairs. There is also a flat screen TV with access to satellite channels plus a Video / DVD player. The lounge opens onto a large terrace which overlooks the pool area and enjoys beautiful views of the marina. The terrace is equipped with full size dining patio table and 4 chairs. There are also two fully extending, sun loungers for private bathing. Patio gets sun from first thing in the morning until just before tea time. The property is on the 3rd floor, but is fully services by a lift from the apartment lobby. There are 7 or 8 steps from the main street into the lobby. All bed linen and towels are provided.

Marina Location: Although many Lagos developments have 'Marina' in their name, this is one of the few genuine Marina apartments available. This apartment is actually on the Marina itself. which includes many varied bars, restaurants and shops, a childrens play area and a large water inlet fed from the Marina. and hotel with spa area that welcomes visitors, This apartment is part of the only private gated condominium on the Marina. The swimming pools and free of charge sun loungers are exclusively for use of condominium residents. Although the condominium opens onto to the Marina waterfront, it is not directly at the main busy Marina area meaning the apartment is totally central ,yet quiet and restful. All walks from the apartment - to the beach or to the town centre are totally flat and relaxing - with no hills involved. Again this is not the case for many of the other apartments with Maroina in their title as they are set 10 minutes up a steep hill from the Marina itself.

Children Welcome: The owners of this flat have 2 young children, and the apartment itself and the condominium are both suitable for children. Cots and high chairs are available on request. The balcony is fully child proof having been modified to prevent any climbing by young legs ! The marina and walks to the beach and Lagos town centre are perfect for buggies and prams.

The apartment was lovely. We couldn't have asked for more. We are a family of 5 and there was plenty of room, The apartment was very spacious, clean and had the most beautiful views over the pool and Marina. It was ideally situated, within easy reach of the town centre, marina, beach and supermarket. A car is not necessary. Our 3 children loved the pool which was very clean.

We would definately stay here again.
