Beautiful private mas (farmhouse) for summer rental surrounded by a vineyard. The mas has 3 double bedrooms, 3 bunk bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, 2 large reception rooms, kitchen, utility room, 3 bathrooms and 1 ensuite. The house is on its own grounds (1 acre) with plenty of room for lounging beside the large pool. Garden furniture and barbeque is supplied and there is a dining area shaded by a weeping willow tree. It is located within walking distance of Canet and St.Nazaire villages and 5 minutes drive from Canet beach. The main town of Perpignan is 10 minutes by car. The larger village of Canet has supermarkets, bars and restaurants. There is local bus transport and bicycle paths to beach and into Perpignan.

There is a long sandy beach in Canet-en-Roussillon stretching down the coast as far as Collioure. Canet has an abundance of restaurants with nightly entertainment throughout the summer and a lovely promenade the length of the beach from the harbour/port to the adjoining beach at St. Cyprien. All along the coastline you will find little towns eg. Argeles, Collioure with plenty of Artisan markets, shops for browsing and good food. 30 minutes by car you will reach Spain and the Costa Brava or indeed up into the mountains of the Pyrennes.

Winter activities: The Mas is located within 1hour 30mins from the ski slopes of Les Angles, Font Romeu and Pyrenees 2000 where you can obtain all your necessary ski hire equipment and lift passes. St. Cyprien has a 27 holes international golf course with club house and golf shop.

Summer activities: During the summer months there is a whole range of water sports, including sailing, surfing, jet skiing, tele skiing, snorkeling and fishing all along the coast from Leucate to St. Cyprien and white water rafting in the pyrenees. Fresh fish can be bought daily direct from the fishermen at St. Cyprien. During the summer months there is Petit Train that operates from Canet Village down to the seafront until 12 midnight. There is also a ferry service that can take you down the coast to Coulliere and Argeles. In the Pyrennes you can take the Little Yellow Train through the mountains, visit the beautiful old fortified town of Villefranche de Conflent and also the caves.
