Enter the property and rise a few stairs to the large, airy sitting area. To the right is the dining area and a separate kitchen with all modern conveniences. Returning to the sitting room, large patio doors lead one out onto a balcony with plenty of space for all residents to eat, chat or simply sunbathe. A further private balcony area is accessed by external stairs to the roof level - magnificent views can be seen from here. Back to the front door, the staircase goes down to the sleeping quarters. 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are double with en suites while the third is a twin room. A large double bathroom is also on this floor. from one of the double bedrooms, double doors lead one out to the pool - one which is shared with a small number of properties.
