Generally we were very pleased with the flat and plan to use this accomodation again when required.
One item that I would draw attention to is the lack of available additional lighting in the Front Room. Either a more powerful central light or add some stand alone or wall lights to assist light levels.

Description was accurate of facilities available and part of my family choose to visit the owner's restaurant. (Good meals had by all).

We would recommend use of this property to other friends and family.

The flat was clean and tidy but we would also recommend some anti-slip mat in the bath for use when opting for a shower.

Description of appartment accurate, it is a nice place. Only slight issue is that it'd be very cozy with 10 in it. We had 1 night with 6 adults and 2 kids and it was a bit cramped- esp as only 1 bathroom. Was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids though.
Although it seems a reasonable way out of centre of Ed there is a bus at the end of the road that takes you there in about 20 mins.
Was quite easy to get a parking sace outside too.
