Lovely villa in Ibiza Town

We stayed in this villa for a week in late September and really enjoyed our stay. It is very centrally located with lots of gorgeous cafes, restaurants and bars just a short walk away.
The communication with Kostek (the property manager in Ibiza) was great. As we had to check out of another hotel and had four hours before we could check into the villa, we asked if we could drop our luggage off at the villa and then return once he'd cleaned the place up and that was no problem at all which was really convenient.
Once we checked in, we were awed at how cool the place was. Really modern fixtures (along with one very kitsch plastic rainbow chandelier which somehow didn't stick out like a sore thumb), comfortable couches, full kitchen and two bathrooms.
A couple of negatives: During our stay, the bathroom on the ground floor was out of service as the previous tenants had somehow blocked it. This was a bit annoying as every time we had to use the toilet we had to go upstairs. Not a huge issue, just a small one. Another thing we noticed was that whilst the ground floor had been properly cleaned, the upstairs bedroom was quite dusty and there were plastic water bottles and paper under the bed.
The staircase is very funky and modern but I must say I think it's a miracle that I didn't break my neck on it after a couple of big nights out. It is VERY narrow and unsupported by a handrail. Again, it wasn't a big problem but just be careful and I definitely wouldn't recommend that any young children use it.
There is an awesome coffee machine in the apartment and it would have been great if we could have found the coffee capsules required to use it but though we searched EVERYWHERE in Eivissa, we couldn't find them. We noticed there was a store in Barcelona Airport that sells them but we only noticed this at the end of our holiday. It would be nice if the owner supplied the coffee capsules (at a reasonable cost of course).
The negatives I've mentioned are all really just small things and overall our stay in the villa was spectacular. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The bed was comfortable, the chill out room was awesome and the location is second to none. I would recommend it to people who want to party, and also to those who just want to experience the fantastic island of Ibiza, which is really just spectacular.
