Many kilometres of unspoilt beaches within walking and driving distance. The sea here is fresh clean and clear and offers hours of fun, with waves that can be surfed. Two bathrooms, 4 bedrooms on ground floor all air conditioned. Large living area to first floor with access to unrivaled picturesque views of the area and the Mediterranean from the first floor terrace or through the panoramic glass doors. The point where the Mediterranean meets the Atlantic. Main village of KSAR SEGHIR - 8 min Drive has 3 restaurants/cafes. Several small shops for groceries/household goods. Internet cafe, Teleboutique, Pharmacy, Police station. Fire Brigade Nearby towns -TANGIER (30KM or 35 Minutes drive) the town with a long history, a rich culture where Africa meets Europe. There is all the traditional elements of Morocco - Kasbah, Medina, Souk, plus many other interesting shops and several supermarkets. There is a diving centre, a water park, a casino and activities such as horse riding and golf. Dozens of restaurants and cafes with a huge choice of cuisine plus all the usual tourist needs. Tangiers is well served by the newly renovated Airport.
