Light and airy first floor apartment with shared swimming pool ,overlooking the marina and lagoon. Ideal for families, but also a romantic snug for couples. Fully equipped kitchen area, including dishwasher, leads to sitting area with state of the art TV, DVD and music system. Enjoy your breakfast in the bright, sunny loggia where the dining table overlooks boules area and the sea beyond. The main bedroom has a double bed and large wardrobe, with views of the Pyrenees. The cabin is cosy with bunk beds. The bathroom has a lovely new basin and vanity unit, and a bath with shower over. The wc is separate. There are views of the beach and Mediterranean beyond, the beach being just a 5 minute walk away, where a beach bar is sited during the summer. The beach extends for miles. The local shops and restaurants are a short stroll around the marina. Please note, we are very sorry, but groups of teenagers and young single sex groups may not rent the apartment.

Quiet first floor apartment conveniently located overlooking the marina and lagoon.There are views of the beach and Mediterranean beyond, the beach being just a 5 minute walk away. Local shops and restaurants are a few minutes walk, where you can buy your breakfast croissants, fresh fruit, veg, meat and fish or treat yourself to a meal out in the evening. Other attractions nearby include an international golf course, horse riding, fishing, water park, water sports of all types and wine tasting. The Pyrennees, easily accessible by car offer spectacular walks and skiing. There are several historic towns in the surrounding area, notably Collioure, Villefranche de Conflent and even Carcassonne is only 75 minutes away. A short stroll and St Cyprien Marina has a wealth of bars and restaurants; enjoy a glass of wine and people watch to the sounds of the water lapping on the yachts. The market is held on Tuesdays and Fridays, high season , well worth a shopping trip for local produce.

  • We accept payment in GB Pounds and Euros (please contact us for Euro prices)
    Booking deposit 30% (minimum £150).
    Returnable security deposit £/€300.00, payable at time of final payment. This will be returned as soon as the apartment has been checked.
    Balance of rent plus security deposit is payable a minimum of two months before the rental period.
    In High season changeover day is Saturday, however, at other times we may be able to be flexible.
    Please do not arrive before 4 pm on arrival day, and please vacate by 10 am on departure day.
  • Bed linen and bath towels included.
    This helps to keep you within the baggage allowance on the low cost airlines.
    Please bring beach towels.
  • Clients are advised they must have a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for their personal belongings, public liability etc.

Notes: The apartment is on the first floor, accessed by stairs. There is an enclosed loggia with wide opening double glazed windows, overlooking the boules area to the marina lagoon and sea beyond. There is plenty of ventilation, and shutters on the windows, which keep the apartment from over-heating even in the height of summer. Bedding and bath towels are included, but please bring beach towels. Secure private parking. Wireless broadband access for the price of a coffee just a few minutes walk. Fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. DVD and hi fi system plays mp3s as well as cds, flat screen TV.

The apartment is situated in a quiet location, but St Cyprien, with its bars and restaurants is just an enjoyable 15 minute walk away, along side the marina. There are also restaurants in the 'center commercial' only 5 minutes walk away. Enjoy a glass of wine early evening whilst watching the fascinating games of boules from the loggia before settling down to your evening meal or venturing out for a relaxing meal of local cuisine. The apartment is accessible from many airports, Perpignan is the nearest, but Girona (in Spain) is about 1 hour away by car. Other airports are Carcassonne, Barcelona and Montpelier. For those not able to hire a car, there is a bus service from Girona, and Perpignan is a taxi ride away. To book the apartment we require a minimum of 1 week before the commencement of the holiday.

The arrival time is after 4.00pm, and please vacate the apartment by 10.00am. This is very important to allow for cleaning etc. The apartment will be checked on the day of your departure and then the security deposit will be returned to you as soon as we hear that all is well.

Beautiful apartment in a Lovely Setting.

This secure apartment had every facility. Close to beaches, shops and great restaurants. Relax in the evening watching the game of boules or a passing boat, or take that early morning stroll up the Marina to Des Capellans for the baguette! Had a great family holiday staying in the apartment and enjoyed all the amenities.

We had a really nice holiday in St Cyprien in this lovely apartment. Which is well appointed, clean and comfortable with facilities all within easy reach. Lovely restaurants and bars and places to visit around and about. Would definately recommend to friends and family and hope to return ourselves.

The apartment was clean and tidy well equipted close to the marina with lots of shops, cafes, bars, fun fair lots to do day and night good for the family sleeps 4 easy but sofa day bed in livingroom if more then 4. pool staff didn't like normal swim shorts only speedo's! But nice area to be in nicely planted site doesn't look like concrete city as some appartments can we enjoyed our stay!
