Large executive detached villa located minutes from sandy beaches and tourist attractions. Located very well within easy drive to Paphos, Nicosia and the Troodos mountains. The villa occupies occupies a quiet hillside position and has been built and furnished to the highest standards. The garden is split into two areas, with a huge terrace leading from the lounge areas giving amazing sea views. There is a covered area with rattan sofas, a white marble dining table and several umbrellas to give you shaded areas throughout the day. The second area is complete with swimming pool, paved areas surrounding the pool and decking with garden furniture to sit and enjoy the magnificent sea and mountain views. The villa is large and open plan downstairs, there is a separate office and kitchen. Upstairs are 4 ensuite bedrooms, three of them leading to a veranda where you can experience the sea views. The garden is elevated and landscaped and the winding drive takes you to the villa.

Disappointing and dirty

Arrived late on the Saturday night and everywhere was dirty. Dishwasher, washer and oven all had to be cleaned before they could be used. Villa smelt and there was a lot of damp so bad in places that the paint was peeling off the ceiling. The sheets and towels were old and dirty. The aircon in one of the bedrooms was leaking badly into the electric socket below so that room could not be used. The showers had no curtain or screen and water went everywhere. The bath was very small. Although the property was in Limassol the information pack was all about Pafos. We never saw the owner as the key was left for collection. We have written a letter of complaint to the owner and are now waiting for their response.
