Surrounded by an abundance of Bougainvillea on the lovely exclusive sprawling urbanisation of Mijas La Nueva, with its two shared pools, the main one and bar being a two minute walk from the house and set in lovely gardens with a tennis court for use by guests, Casa de Cimkon is a pretty two bedroom recently re-furbished mid-terraced house with beamed ceilings. Two double bedrooms one with extra single bed, it will sleep 4/5 comfortably. The new bathroom comprises full bath and shower and brand new kitchen provides cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge-freezer. Comfortable, welcoming and very well equipped with air-conditioning in each room, Satellite TV /DVD. he lovely terrace with built in barbecue enjoys a spectacular view. Easy parking behind the house which is l 5 minutes from the village by car. The top balcony enjoys wonderful views towards the sea and the Atlas mountains of Morocco. 15 minutes to three golf resorts and 5km easy drive from sea.The property is NO SMOKING

Mijas-famous amongst the pretty white villages of Andalucia 5km from the main E7 / E15 Malaga to Cadiz motorway midway between Malaga and Marbella and a very easy 20 minute drive from Malaga Airport. Historic Town of Rhonda is a one hour drive and the Alhambra Palace at Granada 1 hr 40 minutes by motorway. Situated on the western edge of the village, the exclusive urbanisation of Mijas La Nueva boasts two large pools, lower of these, tennis court and bar/restaurant is open exclusively to residents and holiday makers, being situated 1 minute below the house. Mijas boasts many good restaurants and craft shopsand is famous for its donkey and horse drawn carriage rides. It now boasts a car and coach park to cope with the many tourists who visit to enjoy its pretty cobbled streets, friendly atmosphere, lively fiestas and simply stunning views towards Morocco. Be sure to visit the lovely little church and the pretty gardens around the unique square bullring and soak up the views.

  • Casa de Cimkon has two pretty well furnished double bedrooms both with ceiling beams and original tiled floors. Both with air conditioning. Bedroom One has lovely views to the coast and sometimes in clear whether you can see the Atlas mountains of Morocco and it's own balcony. Beddroom two is double is large enough to accommodate both a double and a single bed comfortably. Both bedrooms have ample built in wardrobing/storage space.

Notes: There is a 4 seat dining table within the living room but hopefully should not be needed as the terrace has dining and a built in barbeque. The living room has a three and a two seater sofa. The kitchen is good sized and well equipped. The house is very pretty and tranquil situated in a beautiful setting yet only five kilometres from the busy beaches at Fuengirola. A five minute drive up into the famous white village of Mijas Pueblo with it's donkey rides, pretty cobbled streets, many restaurants and three supermarkets means you don't have to travel far for every day needs. There is a bus service into the village and down to Fuengirola but a car is recommended. There is ample parking close to the house and a small flight of steps down to the front door. The large pool is a one minute walk set within lovely gardens with a bar/restaurant and there is another pool at the top of the urbanisation with stunning views of Fuengirola with its safe beaches,shops & busy tourist facilities.

There are three golf resorts within a 15/20 minute drive - Alhurin Golf, La Calla and Mijas Golf Torrequebrada - just 20 minutes from Mijas by car. It has hosted many world class tournaments including the Spanish Open. Monte Mayor - 'A real golfing experience', 45 minutes from Mijas. Monte Mayor is one of Andalucia's most spectacular courses. Alhaurin El Grande - designed by Seve Ballesteros, 15 minutes from Mijas. Two 18 hole courses (one of which is a par three course) and a 9 hole short course. A buggy is advisable. La Cala North and South - 15 minutes from Mijas. Two superb championship courses, also home to the David Leadbetter Golf Academy. Valderrama - host to the '97 Ryder Cup and San Roque - a venue for the PGA European Tour Qualifying School (90 minutes from Mijas). Mijas Los Lagos - wide fairways, large raised greens and a monster 571 meter par 5, 5th - quite interesting!
