Apartment in the centre of 'Cannes' Côte d’Azur - Rue des Halles. Fabulous 2-bedroom Apartment. Only 5 min walk to the beaches & The Palais. Description - A brand new beautiful, bright and airy modern apartment just renovated with its French charm of high ceilings and original French windows set in the heart of Cannes. It is well suited for businessmen and families as it is close to the Palais de Festival and the beach. The apartment is immaculate and tastefully furnished with contemporary fixtures and fittings with wooden flooring throughout. It overlooks the Marche de Forville (a daily market of flower, meat, fruit and vegetable, or on Mondays an antique market) and is in the heart of all the hustle and bustle of a typical French street. The main living room has a flat screen 42” plasma TV with French Sky, DVD, WIFI internet access. There are full length original French windows that open up onto a small balcony looking over the market. There is also a sofa bed.

The apartment is in the heart of Cannes 5 min from the Palais and sea, next to the Marche de Forville (fruit, veg and antique market held every day) and within walling distance to everything you may need for your stay. Boutiques, restaurants, coffee shops and boulangeries (bakery) are at your doorstep for breakfast. There is no need for a car, but street parking and underground parking is easily available. A car can be rented, or use the train to go into Nice, St Tropez, Monacco, Cap Ferret are all easily accessible for day trips. The beach and marina are 5 min away. The designer boutiques and 5 star hotels are 8 min away. There are many water sports on offer(sailing, diving, paragliding, water skiing). Other nearby attractions include tennis, Marineland, roller blading etc. There is a direct bus from the airport and pickup is from this stop 2 min from the apartment.
