Self catering apartment in Argentiere, Chamonix, with close access to the famous Grands Montet ski area. this is a lovely comfortable family owned accommodation. The accommodation is flexible allowing couples or singles or a mix of both to share. Accommodation is on two floors, with two bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs, there is a living room and a kitchen, a cloak room with heated boot drier and a loo. Patio doors lead out onto a private balcony. Parking is close to the main door and free. the property boasts gardens and is in a quiet location away from main roads. Lifts, shops, restaurants and pubs are all within a very short walk. The train station and bus stops are also close. Perfect for ski holidays and summer holiday rental.

Argentiere is in the Chamonix valley. The Chamonix ski area is the most famous ski area in the world. The most exciting and well known area within the Chamonix valley is the Grands Montet. The lifts to the Grands Montet are located in Argentiere. Our apartment is one of the closest to the lift station. All the other ski areas in the valley are accessed via the free bus that runs every 20 minutes or by the train. Bus stops and train station are both conveniently close. The apartment is with the Grand Roc. This is close to shops, ski hire, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs. Argentiere is as popular a holiday destination in the summer as during the ski season! Unlike many ski resorts, Argentiere and Chamonix have a romantic french character. The scenery is spectacular everywhere! walks and mountain activities are all available within a very short distance.   • Although this says that the apartment sleeps a maximum of 7, we feel that it is comfortable for 4 to 7 people. Technically each room (including the living room) sleeps 3, totalling 9 people. We only provide this number of beds though for flexibility. You could have two adults in each room, sharing or not sharing, making 6 people. Or two adults and two kids in the large bedroom and two further adults in the bunk room, making 6 people. There is also a double futon sofa bed and a single sofa bed in the living room. There is a travel cot. Both bedrooms include plenty of storage space. We have slept 10 people in the apartment before, but only for two nights, and I don't want to repeat the experience! It is a holiday after all.
