Situated halfway between Meyssac and Beaulieu sur Dordogne, this stunning 2 bedroom property offers spectacular open views over the valley to the village of Puy d'Arnac in the distance. Renovated last year, the beautifully terraced gardens and heated swimming pool make it a perfect spot to enjoy your holiday. Accommodation is on two floors, with an outdoor summer kitchen closer to the pool area. The front door opens into the open plan kitchen and living area, well furnished with some country antiques. The dining area comfortably seats four, and the kitchen is fully fitted to include all modern conveniences. A door from the kitchen area leads out onto a lovely balcony with retractable awning. The living area has a woodburning stove, TV and DVD. A door leads through to the ground floor twin bedroom with adjacent shower room . The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is situated on the first floor, and both bedrooms are well furnished with plenty of storage space.

Situated just 8km from Beaulieu sur Dordogne , a busy market town on the banks of the Dordogne River with twice weekly market, bars and restaurants. A mere 15 minutes drive takes you to villages, chateaux, caves and of course the Dordogne River. To the west is Collonges-le Rouge, the 'city of little castles', and Turenne, a 15th century village whose high pitched roofs surround two castles from which the foothills of the Massif Central can be seen. To the south and east is the Dordogne valley, with a wealth of villages such as Loubressac, Autoire, Carennac and Martel. The Chateaux of Castelnau, Belcastel and Montal are all close by, while the citadel of Rocamadour is only 30 minutes drive away. For those wishing to explore a little further afield, the world famous Lascaux caves can be reached in an hour, along with the many other attractions of the Lower Dordogne area. The Cahors and Bordeaux wine regions are also within easy reach.

Notes: The house is on two floors, with the front door leading directly into the living area. The dining table comfortably seats 4, and the kitchen is fully fitted with all modern conveniences. A glass door leads out from the kitchen area to the balcony with retractable awning and furnished with table and chairs. To the rear of the house is the twin bedrooms with en-suite shower room. Hand made wooden stairs lead from the dining area up to the master bedroom suite on the first floor with en-suite bathroom. Below the balcony on the same level as the pool you will find the summer kitchen with barbeque, fridge, sink and utensils for outdoor eating. There are sun loungers around the pool, which is heated.
