A brand new two bedroom, one bathroom apartment. on a new development designed for the family holiday market, with 2 swimming pools with children's areas & playground. Enter into the living / dining room with 1 sofa and 1 sofa bed, TV, SKY TV, DVD and coffee table. To the rear is a dining room table with four chairs. An arched entrance leads into a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge and washing machine in external utility area. The kitchen has all the utensils required for a dinner party! Another archway in the lounge leads to the bedrooms and bathroom. The bathroom has a bath, shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin with light vanity mirror. The double bedroom has a double bed, table & lamps with built in wardrobes. The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside table & lamps & built in wardrobes There is also a patio with garden chairs, table and parasol for alfresco dining. Additional items include 2 Sun loungers, iron, ironing board and airier.

The sandy beach at Punta Prima is a 15 minute walk from the property. There are 3 other beaches within a 10 min drive include, La Mata, Playa Flamenca and the Blue Flag Beach at La Zenia. There are multiple large shopping centres all within 10 minutes walking distance. Torrejieva, 5 mins away, has plenty of sights and local attractions incl waterparks, beaches, a new promenade stretching for miles along the sea front, with many cafe's and bars.

Additional information about rental rates

  • 100 Euro Security deposit payable to the key holder on arrival. For up to 4 people 45 Euros is deducted for cleaning prior to departure with 55 Euros refunded after the apartment has been checked prior to departure. An additional 5 euros per person is deducted for over 4 people.
    An Electric meter is fitted with 10 E of electric supplied approx 1 week worth). Additional tokens can be bought from key holder if required.
    A small welcome pack can be provided at a cost of 15 euro. basic groceries & drinks.
    Arrival & Departures between 8am & 8pm are free of charge. Our key holder places a small 15 euro charge for arrivals & departures out of these hours.
  • Key holder can arrange Taxi's from airports of Alicante & Murcia. Ask on applying.
  • Payment details. A £50 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking with full balance required 6 weeks prior to travel. Payments can be made by Pay pal, Debit / Visa card (a payment request will be sent if choosing this method), or Cheque. please ask for details.

Beaches & Golf: The sandy beach at Punta Prima is a 15 minute walk from the property. There are 3 other beaches within a 10 min drive include, La Mata, Playa Flamenca and the Blue Flag Beach at La Zenia. For the golfer there are three superb courses all within a 10 mins drive at Campoamor, Las Ramblas and VillaMartin. La Manga is worth the drive just 30 mins along the A7 motorway.

Nightlife: For a lively night out, Torrevieja is about 10 mins drive away. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance at the commercial centres of Via Park & Playa Flamenca packed with These include 'Spud Murphys' for fish and chips, Madissons Sports Bar to watch the match, The Landsdowne Irish bar & The Rose & Crown for pub food & Sunday Lunches, 2 Chinese restaurants, Ghandi's Indian and Puccini's Italian. About 20 min walk to the highly recommended Nautilus restaurant overlooking the sea at Punta Prima.

Other Activities: Waterparks, Cinema, Zoo, Historic sights, Museum.

Finding the property can be problematic and the advice i would give is to look for punta prima, past Torrevieja town on the coast road from Alicante Airport. There are many apartment blocks looking the same so its best to have more detailed road directions, particularly needed once you arrive in punta prima (as there are not many road names in the new build area). The key holder was great and directed us straight to the apartment!
Apartment was great - new, clean and ideally set up for a self-catering holiday. Communal pool was freezing but we were off - peak and the weather was hot during the day but cold evenings. Hire car is highly recommended to reach the many blue flag beaches along that coast - beaches are fab with play areas for the kids and beach bars etc. Loads of places to eat, pubs etc. A few shopping centres (not great) but loads of supermarkets and easy to self-cater out there. Don't expect to see alot of Spanish culture in this part of Spain!
Holiday complex is completely built where this apartment is but be prepared for alot of building work around the whole area - lots of holiday blocks going up and road widening. Traffic could be hell in the summer!
Overall a good holiday to relax if you like to go to the beach lots, apartment faultless, hire a car and make the most of exploring the various coves up and down that coast.
