Ideally located in the peaceful mountain top urbanisation of Rafol De Almunia near Monte Pego, villa Belvedere enjoys fantastic views over the northern Costa Blanca from its private pool terrace and living areas. With 4 bedrooms and 2 living areas, the villa can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably making it an ideal base for your family holiday on the Costa Blanca. In addition the villa is situated half way between Alicante and Valncia airports with approx 105kms to each of these towns. Within 20 minutes drive lies Denia, the town popular for its port connecting mainland Spain to Majorca and Ibiza. Denia is also popular for its shopping streets, historic castle, trendy cafe's, restaurants and disco clubs especially on the new marina which houses a large choice of fine restaurants serving international cuisines. Also within 20 minutes drive from Rafol De Almunia are the popular Golf courses of Oliva Nova and La Sella Golf resort so its also ideal for your golfing holiday.

Being only 25 minutes drive from Denia port, the villa is ideally located for exploring the Costa Blanca or if you are planning a stop over in Ibiza or Majorca. Denia is a great town to visit with Spanish traditional Fiestas all throughout Summer, great shopping in Marques del Campos and Ondara Shopping centre plus a good variety of pubs, restaurants and cafe's. Its a great location even for Golfing holidays with easy access to three popular Golf courses including Oliva Nova and La Sella Also within 15 minutes from the villa one can go to the El Vergel Safari park home to many wild animals, the Montgo mountain and natural reserve or the picturesque Mediterranean gardens in La Xara. Other beautiful and popular seaside towns of Moraira, Javea, Calpe and Oliva are all within half an hour's drive. In under an hour's drive one can reach the popular theme parks in Benidorm including Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar as well as the popular tourist resort of Benidorm.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The above rates are valid for groups of up to 6 guests using 3 bedrooms. For groups of 7-10 guests a supplement of €120 per week applies to make use of the 4th bedroom and 2nd living room. In Winter the supplement is only of €105 per week.
  • Rates do not include a separate housekeeping/preparation fee of €95 (€125 for 7-10 guests). This fee includes towel/linen change, house cleaning after departure, house preparation prior to arrival and a welcome pack of basic groceries.
  • A security deposit of €200 is required as a guarantee against breakages/theft. This is payable when booking the house and is refundable one week after the end of your holiday.

    At the end of your rental the house will be checked for breakages, water and electricity consumption. In case of wastage or excessive use we reserve the right to charge extra from your security deposit. Additional cleaning charges may also apply in case of excessive dirt which may require special cleaning.

  • The 3 main bedrooms are air-conditioned. Three rooms have a double bed, one bedroom has 2 single beds and there is a pull out sofa bed in the downstairs living room which sleeps 2. The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 guests. Please note that one floor of the house (bedroom, living room with pull out sofa bed and one bathroom) will be closed off for guests booking and paying for up to 6 guests. In order to access this floor, booking and payment must be effected for 7-10 guests prior to your arrival at the villa.

Nearby Activities: Water Sports such as diving, water skiing, fishing, snorkeling, windsurfing, yachting, boat hire, jet skis and swimming are all available in Denia Port. Cruises around the Costa Blanca are also available departing Denia Port or Javea in the mornings as well as romantic sunset cruises. Tennis courts, entertainment centre, restaurants and a bar are also available in Monte Pego only 5 minutes away. Theme Parks, water parks and Luna parks are available in the Benidorm area at only 40 minutes drive on the AP7. Go Karting: Karting tracks are available in Vergel near the Safari Park and in the junction of the N332 near the exit for Denia and Pedregeuer. Safari Park with wild animals and rides is located in Vergel only ten minutes drive down Monte Pego. Denia Castle and the Montgo Natural reserve are well worth a visit. Shopping is plentiful in Ondara Shopping Centre (largest in Northern Costa Blanca) ten minutes drive.

Golf Holidays: Several Golf courses are available between Valencia and Alicante with the closest golf courses being Oliva Nova designed by Severiano Ballesteros and the La Sella Resort Golf & Spa also home of the Marriott hotel. Other beautiful golf courses are avaibale between Moraira and Benidorm at under an hours drive.

Restaurants / Pubs / Discos: Several pubs, clubs and Discos are available in Denia just off Marques Del Campos and below the Castle. The new Marina is also home to some of the trendiest cafe's and disco clubs playing music till the late hours and a great nighlife destination. Top class restaurants and international cuisines are available including Asian Fusion dining, Argentinian, Indian, Spanish, Italian and more. Very good restaurants and clubs are also found in Vergel at only a ten minute drive away from the villa.
