Lovely 2 bedroom apartment situated on the 5th floor of the famous Art Deco building, Embassy Court. The apartment has two bedrooms, the master bedroom is spacious and with sea views. The lounge is 37m2 and has a dining area as well as a breakfast bar, the lounge has sea views and access to two balconies. There is a luxury bathroom with Villeroy and Boch fittings. There is also a shower cubicle. There is also a separate 2nd w.c. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher,oven and hob,microwave. The apartment is situated on the Brighton and Hove border next to the beach where there are many cafes and bars along with a children play area and paddling pool. A short walk away are many restaurants, shops, bars etc. WI-Fi broadband and incoming call telephone included.

Lovely big flat. Awesome location in a famous Brighton building. Perfect playground for kids across the road. Could have been cleaned better, but would highly recommend despite this

Great location, lovely views

Well appointed flat with lovely sea views. Comfortable with plenty of space. Twin room is small with door that doesn't shut, but for small children this isn't a problem - although might be with older ones. Good kitchen facilities with plenty of crockery etc although fridge shelving odd! Waitrose within easy 5 minutes walk plus loads of cafes & restaurants within a few minutes stroll. Fantastic for a mid-summer break as right in the heart of Brighton/Hove seafront with something for everyone within minutes of the apartment. I would recommend the property and would stay again.

Fabulous weekend getaway

We were a group of 6 girls and the apartment in Embassy court was perfect for us. Very spacious, the lounge was large enough for all of us, a fantastic location right on the sea front and lovely sea views from the two (although rather tiny) balconies.

Would definitley recommend this apartment to others escaping to the seaside for the weekend!!

Lovely Vacation Flat

I stayed there recently with my family - 5 of us all together
and we had a really lovely time. The flat is very convenient
for everything - the area is great with pubs and shops (off/license) etc.. The 2nd bedroom is small but would be perfect for children and the sofa which turns into a bed is very comfy and large enough for 2 adults. Of course there is no parking in Brighton but if you are not renting a car - then that is one less thing you have to worry about! The view is limited of the sea from the windows of the apartment but as soon as you walk outside - the ocean is right there! Lovely indeed - also the flat is very bright and airy. We found the kitchen modern and handy. The bathroom was nice but make sure the water is at the right temp before getting in! There is a small lift so you will get exercise walking down the five flights of stairs if not walking back up them as well!!! All in all I would definitely stay there again! One other thing - there is no internet access but loads of internet cafes nearby which you can use. We miss staying there already!
