This luxurious high specification villa is located in a very secluded position within a few minutes drive of the villages of Lliber and Jalon, yet within walking distance to a well know International bar / restaurant. Spacious accommodation includes large lounge with stone feature fireplace with patio doors leading to the enclosed naya which is currently used as a dining room and second sitting room. On this level there is also a fully equipped modern kitchen, two double bedrooms both with ensuite facilities, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom. Steps lead down to a very large family bedroom which has a four poster bed, dressing room and ensuite bathroom. There is also an adjoining bedroom with single bed and pull out trundle bed making this a twin room if required. Further accommodation includes a completely separate one bedroomed guest apartment which sleeps two adults and two small children or one teenager. This has lounge area with sofa bed and American style kitchenette

This wonderful villa is situated in the heart of the beautiful Jalon Valley that is quietly situated 20 minutes inland from Spain's Costa Blanca and offers some of the best scenery and climates that Spain has to offer. The Jalon valley is a spectacular and unspoilt place with a magnificent backdrop of mountains which surround the plains of olive trees, orange groves, vineyards, raisins and almonds. The area is full of natural beauty, traditional values and has a very hospitable nature. Just a few kilometres from the villa scattered throughout the valley are unspoilt villages including Alcalali, Orba and Parcent with a choice of hundreds of bars and restaurants that offer both Spanish and International cuisine. The area offers a wealth of attractions whilst the popular coastal resorts of Denia, Javea, Moraira and Calpe are just a 20 minute drive away.

  • Prices shown are for rental of the property per week in Euros, on booking, a deposit is required equivalent to 30 per cent of the total cost. The outstanding amount is due usually eight weeks before the start of your holiday.

Notes: The villa is gas central heated and has individual air conditioning units. The pool terracing has lighting making it perfect for warm summer evenings. Hairdryers provided in 3 of the bedrooms. Luxury bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. The villa will be fully cleaned prior to your arrival and there will be a mid clean and linen change on a weekly basis. The secluded terraced area is perfect for discreet sunbathing and is home to a large swimming pool. There is a large patio table and chairs, built in BBQ and outside kitchen. There is also a large pergola area and courtyard set in an elevated position that offers fabulous views over the Jalon Valley. Outside shower room. Private secured gated parking.

Further Information: Other places of interest in the area are A 5* paragliding school in Parcent village and paragliding from the mountain (Coll de rates), only a 10 minute drive from the villa. There is also the Donkey sanctuary in the mountains toward Bernia where one can offer support for the project by indulging in an incredible lunchtime feast with amazing views where all profits go towards the well being of the donkeys and of course the famous mountain spring and walks on the Serra Bernia, only 15 minutes drive away. Around 50 minutes drive away are the famous theme parks of Benidorm, including Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, and Aqualandia Water Park & Wild Life Park. Historic Guadalest and the famous water pools and waterfalls are just 30 mins drive away. The area around the villa is particularly good for walkers/hikers, cycling, bird watching and sight seeing. In addition to the paragliding there is also Quad Biking, Go Karting and an Outdoor Pursuits Centre

Golf: There are several Golf Courses in the area most within 15 to 50 minutes drive. Benissa 9 hole course 15 mins drive. Denia 18 hole course 25 mins drive. Altea 18 hole course 30 mins drive. Oliva Nova 18 hole course 50 mins drive.
