A luxurious villa situated on a flat plot in a secluded cul de sac location that is within a five minute walk to the traditionally spanish village of Orba with its vast array of amenities. The villa is equipped to the highest standards and is very spacious throughout. This immaculate villa can comfortably accommodate six people and has very well presented accommodation to include a high specification luxury fully fitted kitchen, a master suite with a spacious ensuite shower room, a further bedroom with twin beds, a family bathroom, a large lounge / dining area and a sun room with double sofa bed. Outside the property boasts a beautiful 8m x 4m private pool with Roman steps, Mediterranean style gardens, a private driveway and a BBQ dining area.

The traditional Spanish village of Orba lies at the base of the Vall de Laguart, which adjoins the picturesque Jalon Valley. Outside Orba to the west the Vall de Laguart rises high into the mountains and is the gateway to some wonderful walks for the casual walker through to the serious hiker. The hamlets of Campbell, Fleix and Benimaurell are rural Spain in its extreme and are precariously perched on rocky outcrops. The area was the last bastion of the Moors in Valencia before they were evicted from the region and the visitor is able to see how easy the Moors were able to hide in the vast wilderness and underground caves. The drive to the highest village offers spectacular scenery virtually unequalled in this part of Spain with cherry and almond trees as far as the eyes can see. The southern road from Orba climbs to the village of Parcent and onto Tarbena. Not only is the latter a beautiful and idyllic village with narrow washed walled streets but the journey is quite breathtaking.

Coast Information: The Costa Blanca is renowned for its white sandy blue flag beaches and several can be reached from the villa within 15 - 45 minutes drive. Calpe 15 mins. Denia 20 mins. Moraira 20 mins. Javea 30 mins. Altea 35 mins. Benidorm 45 mins.

Golf: There are several Golf Courses in the area most within 15 to 50 minutes drive. Benissa 9 hole course 15 mins drive. Denia 18 hole course 25 mins drive. Altea 18 hole course 30 mins drive. Oliva Nova 18 hole course 50 mins drive.
