Luxury four bedroomed villa with sea views and a large pool to rear of property. Ideal for a group of friends sharing or for families. Stunning views overlooking the mountain range of Mount Aeinos and the ancient setting of St Georgos Castle a 14th century classical and historic castle in our back garden!! Set in a beautiful tropical garden and located in the village of Metaxata the home of Lord Byron.5 mins away from Avithos Beach with breathtaking views across the Ionian. The pretty village church is close by, with our local giros/taverna within a stones throw. Surrounded by beautiful picturesque countryside with many paths for walking, take your cameras!

The villa overlooks the village of Koukamelata and the cultural centre for classical concerts and local displays of dancing and festivities. 5 min drive to the local beach of Avithos with crystal clear waters and sandy beach, ideal for children with local tavernas on the beach for delicious home cooked Greek food. Only 1km from Lakithra village with local Tavernas and bakeries and shops. 10 min from the airport and to the local port with ferries across the island of Zante. Local bus service operates through the village and stops a few metres from the villa. Banks and large supermarkets are found in our capital of Argostoli with local markets for fresh vegetables and fruit. Nightclubs to be found mainly in the capital. Discounted car hire by a local provider arranged for our guests.

Notes: The kitchen is a luxury bespoke fitted kitchen with an American fridge/freezer with fresh water and ice dispenser. Granite work tops. Furnished to a very high standard with luxury fittings and all utensils. The furnishings in the villa are of a very high standard all created and designed from Italy . Large french doors to the front of the property leading to an outside lounge area with wicker sofas and chairs and coffee table for your comfort and relaxation.

Accessibility: The property benefits from a ground floor bedroom and shower room/WC which helps accomodate any guests that find climbing the stairs difficult. However, the villa is approached from the road by a few marble steps and access to the pool, at the rear, is similar. Therefore the property is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Notes on accomodation.: Air conditioning in all rooms. Plenty of wardrobes in all bedrooms. Balconies with sea and mountains views from each room. Furnished to a very high standard.

Outside: Direct access at the rear of the property to a large pool shared by the residents of Metaxata Villas. However we often have sole use of the pool as the villa is the only property attached to the pool and the surrounding areas/gardens. The pool and gardens are cleaned and maintained daily. Spacious shaded patios with large stone built BBQ area for outside dining! perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets descending over the mountains and castle. Sun loungers provided to relax by the pool. Driveway for 2 cars with shaded carport.
