Le Portail Vert offers a choice of two stunning self catering apartments. Each one is perfect for two people and both are stylishly decorated and extremely well equipped with secure parking. The first floor apartment has a south facing balcony, perfect for sunny breakfasts and warm evenings. The ground floor apartment has a private garden with ample space for relaxing in the shade of the old hibiscus tree. Villes sur Auzon is a typical provencal village with everything necessary for day-to day needs: bakeries, general stores, newsagent/tobacconist, hairdresser, post office, gift shops, bars and restaurants and the cave selling the delicious local wine. All this just a few minutes stroll from the apartments! The Mont Ventoux is a wonderful backdrop to an area famous for hilltop villages, Cote du Rhone and Cotes du Ventous wines, the lavender fields, the Roman amphitheatres, the colourful markets, the blue skies and the amazing light that has tempted poets and artists for centuries.

The ground floor Hibiscus apartment is a spacious and tranquil open plan living room with a superbly equipped kitchen to suit even the most demanding of cooks! Plenty of storage, worktop and built in appliances make it a joy to use. There's a dressing area leading into the double bedroom, both overlooking the private courtyard garden and the very old hibiscus tree. The double bed can be replaced with 2 x singles. There's a well fitted and tiled shower room. The resident English owners are happy to offer any help you may need - in English or French. Everything is prepared for a warm welcome - the bed is made up, there are fresh flowers in the vase, and we include a complementary bottle of the local wine so that you can relax and start your holiday from the moment you arrive. The best recommendation is when people come back for a second, third and even fourth time!

A lovely week in Paradise

The villa is set in a quiet village, is beautifully decorated and well equipped. Chantal is a great host - there when you need her and friendly, without being intrusive. Lilly (the dog,) is a little charmer and brings you toys to play with her, but never steps over the threshold!
Comfortable, cosy, modern and stylish, the villa has plenty of space and is well appointed. We were lucky that the beautiful Hibiscus tree in the back garden came into flower during our stay.
The situation is ideal for jetting off to the wine regions, enjoying the fabulous countryside and visiting the local markets.
We would recommend to anyone!

Die Ferienwohnung ist besser als es die Beschreibung schon erahnen lässt.
Wir hatten die Untere ( Hibiscus ). Wunderbar geignet für zwei Personen, Platz um auch mal zu viert zu essen. Sitzplatz hinten im Garten.
Super ausgestattete Küche, man braucht NICHTS mitbringen. Die Vermieterin wohnt nebenan, ist da wenn man sie braucht und unscheinbar wenn nicht. Sehr netter Kontakt, sehr hilfsbereit.
Villes sur Auzon bietet alles, was man zu tägliche Leben braucht, zwei Bäcker, eine kleinen Lebensmittelladen, einen kleinen Supermarkt.
Wenn Provence dann wieder bei Chantalle ( nicht täuschen lassen, sie ist Engländerin )

Die Angaben im Online Inserat bezüglich der Ausstattung und Lage waren korrekt. Das Apartment ist sehr gut, modern und sauber ausgestattet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht.
Die Vermieterin war sehr bemüht , ich werde dieses Feriendomizil
bestimmt meinen Freunden weiterempfehlen.
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub auch dank dieser tollen Ferienwohnung.
Im Dorf kann man alles einkaufen, es gibt einen Weinkeller mit den besten Weinen und etliche gute Restaurants. Im Ort gibt es einen Fahrradverleih.Ein paar Kilometer entfernt ist ein kleiner Badesee mit Sandstrand.
Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen, möglichst mit einem GPS ausgestattet.
