Casa Rosemont is a new 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa which is privately owned and situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. If this villa is taken please ask about our three bed villas situated in the same area. It is tastefully furnished, very comfortable with champagne and chocolates on arrival. It is very well equipped and offers all the comforts of home and more. Perfectly situated in the Costa Papagayo area means a 15 minute stroll takes you to the protected Playa Dorada beach beside the Princess Yaiza Hotel and centre of Playa Blanca. The villa is totally private, the large back garden, pool and terrace areas surrounded by high walls which make it both safe and quiet, heated swimming pool (8m x 4m) and outdoor Jacuzzi, alarm security system, full air conditioning, lounge and master bedroom leading out to pool terrace area, covered outdoor dining area with BBQ and seating area, American style kitchen with all modern appliances, DVD and satellite TV with some English channels.

Playa Blanca is the Southern most town on the island and benefits from the maximum sun available. The villa is situated in a quiet location, yet is only a 15 minute walk to the nearest protected beach Playa Dorada and the centre of Playa Blanca with its abundance of local shops, bars and restaurants. In Playa Blanca there is a beautiful seafront promenade which leads you to the new international and picturesque Marina Rubicon (East) or the lighthouse (west).

Additional information about rental rates

  • A £100 per week deposit (i.e. £200 for a 2 week stay) is required at the time of booking - the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Please note that this villa has a no smoking policy, however there are large external patio/terrace areas for this purpose. Heated pool, Jacuzzi, air conditioning and heating all included in the weekly price of the villa. Our preferred changeover day is Thursday, however we will try to be as flexible as possible for other days.
  • The property is booked from 2 pm on the day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure. This is to allow for cleaning and preparation for new guests. However, should you have an early flight we will try our best to have the villa ready as early as possible.

Notes: A particular feature of Casa Rosemont is its private garden, outdoor jacuzzi and pool area surrounded by high walls. Perfect for those who wish to have total privacy. Comfortable sun loungers, and tables and chairs are part of the outdoor living space. For those who enjoy some shade there are large covered pergolas on the terraced area at the back of the villa. The villa is supplied with all bedlinen and towels including beach towels. For those staying for more than one week there is a mid-week clean including towels and linen.

Golf: The nearest golf course currently is in Costa Teguise, which is a 35 minute drive from Playa Blanca. A further golf course has recently opened in Tias, which is approximately 20 minute drive. If you are a golfer we can arrange tee times, hire of clubs etc.

Travel: The airport at Arrecife is a 30-40 mins car drive away. If you don't want to hire a car, a private car transfer for 40 Euros will take you directly to the villa. Local taxi service to centre of Playa Blanca is approx. 2.50 €. If you wish to visit places of interest on the island we would recommend car hire. Playa Blanca as a resort, however, offers all you will need for a relaxing holiday if you wish to stay locally.

Accessibility: All accommodation is on ground level and suitable for wheelchair access. There is a 2' high step over into the walk in shower in the main bathroom.

We were 5 friends staying at Casa Royal for one week and were stunned when we entered the villa. It was lovely!
It was located in a nice and quiet area, but it was only a few minutes with taxi to the city center. And that never costed over 3 Euro.

The villa is even better then it looks on the pictures on this website. We couldn't stayed at a better place! It had every facility and we enjoyed every bit of it! Especially the pool and jacuzzi! We didn't even feel the need to go to the beach!

We will definitly come back and recommend this great villa to all our friends and family!

We stayed at the Villa over easter and have to say that the facilities and quality were excellent. The hot tub and heated pool were fantastic and the villa had a lovely layout making it feel very homely. The Villa is around 15-20 minutes walk to town and a taxi costs 2.50 euro back. Excellent value for money
