15-20 minute drive to Disney Theme Parks , Universal Studios and Sea World, swim with the Dolphins. 2 Golf courses one at Highlands Reserve and one at Champions Gate within 5 minute drive. You can visit Busch Gardens and Flight of Fancy which are towards Tampa takes 1hour 30 minutes drive and further on down to beaches and Miami. Cape Canavera Cocoa Beach and lDaytona Beach to the EastCoast. See from the map how many great places you can visit.. Supermarket, shops, Banks and restuarants 5 minutes drive at Berry Centre. Towards Clermont the National Park called Lake Louisa-this is another rural area to take a look at. Thursday nights go to Kissimmee they have a Vintage Motor cycle parade, and on saturday nights a Vintage Car parade with lots of shops, bars, food , and Nail biting rides to experience. or go to Celebration which is an old colonial village atmosphere with a great lake to sit and relax after exploring the shopping area. .

Notes: There is ample equipment for eating at the poolside 2 tables and 6 chairs. the cutlery and plates can be found in one of the Kitchen cupboards seperate from everyday Kitchen cutlery and tableware . The pool can be heated, this is extra to the villa rental and can be requested when booking if you would like it. There are 4 Sun Loungers on the Pool deck A Crib is stored in the Dressing room off of the Main Bathroom . Would consider long term renters., but this is really a vacation property. Toaster, coffee maker, blender,ice maker in freezer. everything you need to make your visit one you will remember.

OTHER ATTRACTIONS: NASA Space Center 60 minute drive. Busch Gardens Tampa 60 minutes, Wet & Wild Water parks 20 minutes, Flight of Fantasy Museum , 15miutes. Gator Land 15 minutes Airboat rides Shopping Mall of Millenia 20-30 minutes away. Get you bargain Designer labels there Jacksonville 3 hours. Lake Louisa--National Park towards Clermont very peaceful and full of wild life.

NIGHT ATTRACTIONS: Kissimmee Old Townt about 25 minutes down the 192. Thursday night Vintage Motor cycle parade. Saturdays Vintage Car parade well worth a visit, there are nail biting rides to go on, plenty of shops and Restaurants Dolly Pardon's show , Arabian Nights both shows featuring onHorses Medieval night--banqueting and fun Should your vacation be during end of November and December then go to Celebration, this is a colonial style village with a large lake and shops but at this time of the year they have hourly snow storms in the main street. the Xmas decorations are fantastic.the shops full of unusual seasonal gifts and decorations. Also worth a visit during the day you can shop and then take a rocking chair seat around the lake and take in the suns rays.

BEACHES: Toward the east coast approx 75 minutes West coast 90 minutes Miami 4 hours. Treasure Island Beach is wll worth a visit toward Tampa lovely long sandy beach have Cabanas to rent to shield you from the sun. some shops Daytona beach on the east coast.

Golf: Highlands Reserve Golf course is just along the road toward Davenport only a few minutes away. Champions Gate in the other direction about 8-10 minutes

Villa was as described and was an excellent base to explore from. It had everything you could want and more. Shops like walgreens close by for emergencies and Publixs Supermarket not far away at Champions gate. Although situated on the US 27 in Davenport the excellent road system meant that journies were fast.

The pool and jacuzzi were excellent and nice and warm and there was also a nice shaded area to sit in out of direct sun light.

The owner was very accomodating and provided simple but clear instructions.

TVs in all the rooms helped to ensure to arguments and a couple of DVDs ment that were were able to rent some movies for $1 from the close by redbox point.

Information about the villa, the local area and tips for further afield were given before the holiday via e-mail giving a personal touch. The owner also phoned early in the holiday to ask if we had any queries which we didn't. This villa was excellent, had all that was required for a great holiday. Clean, well equipped with a visit from the property manager early in the holiday to ensure we were happy. It is well situated for all the attractions and plenty of places to eat nearby. A car is essential. we trvelled further afield than past visits seeing different areas of Florida and it was nice to return to the villa at the end of the travelling. We would recommend this villa to friends and family. Thank you.

My partner and I rented the villa in early June 2009 and enjoyed every minute! The villa was immaculate, a real treat as the humidity of Orlando makes one want to enjoy the air conditioning. We were greeted on our second day by the property manager and assured that he was there for us. The drive to Celebration and the Disney Parks, our main purpose of the holiday, was incredibly easy. There is an abundance of ammenities at your doorstep as the 27 and 192 are within a few miles, and that made for an easy settling in. Even when we didn't feel like going out, we enjoed ourselves, as the property is spacious, cool, and relaxing. We definitely recommend it for a lovely, chilled-out holiday. We loved it so much, we even got engaged there!

Recently returned from our holiday which the whole family agreed was the best ever. The villa was superb in every respect- a perfect place to return to after very busy days in the nearby Disney Parks. Would have preferred to have had 4 weeks instead of our 2.We recommend unreservedly.Many thanks.

We had very great stay at this villa. It was clean. Had enough space. And my 2 year-old son enjoyed the pool. Managament was very attentive. Next time I would choose this villa again. Excellent experience! Thank you!
