Brand new single property villa of luxury construction and decoration, 176 sq.meters with four bedrooms, kitchen, two bathrooms, fire place, cosy sitting room and private swimming pool each. They are situated at the sea side of Stavros village, the calm and beautiful beach shown at the movie Zorbas the Greek staring Antony Quine, with breathtaking view of sea ending at the beginning of a mountain. Also 14km distance from the city of CHANIA and 6km from the main village of the territory Kounoupidiana. In the area (2-6km) there are mini shops, super markets, shops, banks, ATM, tavernas, cafeterias, pizzerias, candy shops etc.
