This villa is a luxury home with waterfront location, fantastic swimming pool and spa, next to the beach with all the shops and restaurants you would want while on vacation and all within easy walking distance. Also close to trolley stop which takes you all around the island free. Bikes, kayaks and numerous toys are all available at the villa on request. This home just recently constructed has been finished to the very highest standard of finish, as with all of our guest properties we want you to totally enjoy your stay and anything we can do to help you relax and have a fantastic vacation... just ask. The home has travertine polished stone floors on the first floor with wood bamboo floors to the 2nd floor. We have a modern media center with P.Station, DVD players and surround sound. Outside is a large relaxation area with gourmet outdoor kitchen with breathtaking views over the massive swimming pool then over to the dolphin filled waters of the beautiful blue bay. Anna maria island is located 20 min. north of Sarasota or 45 min. south of Tampa. This property is in the city of Holmes Beach on the Gulf Coast, it is very much the old Florida city for relaxing at the beach. Shopping can either be at the local beach shops which offer almost anything and everything you may need or if its designer shops then you can shop till you drop at International Mall in Tampa or visit the new shopping area in Sarasota or St Armands Circle. Why not try the off shore fishing- there are many captains just waiting to take you to the 'special' spots that only they know about. Afterwords, join everyone else on the 7-mile white sugary sandy beach to bid 'goodnight 'to the sun at one of the ever changing and breathtaking Gulf sunsets. This is a fantastic place to kick off your shoes and relax, relax, and relax... but be careful, it's catching. Guests return again and again to enjoy this little piece of paradise. All that you can think of has been provided for you!

The decor is with a modern coastal flair. The gourmet indoor kitchen has been equipped with everything you could wish for, the outdoor one also. The master bedroom occupies the complete 2nd floor and includes a master bath , 2 walk-in closets an overflowing bath with mood lighting and an large over-sized TV so you don't miss your favorite program. The master has large terraces at both ends of the floor so you don't miss any views. The Three 1st floor bedrooms allow for the accommodation of a 6 further persons and bedroom 2 has a large set of patio doors with its own courtyard. There is a sofa bed for kids in the media room and also the master bedroom. Beautiful Vacation Home

My family, which includes 2 siberian huskies, spent a week at this at this beautiful home on Anna Maria Island. We rented a boat and spent our days on the sand bars just off the tip of the island. The pool and outdoor kitchen were the focal point of our evenings. The photos of the home on the website are accurate but really don't come close to depicting how spectacular this place and setting really is. One week wasn't enough. We all hated to leave but look forward to maybe two weeks next year.

We stayed in this lovely home during spring break and just loved it. This home looks as great as the pictures show. It exceeded my expectations! Hope to stay here again in the future. This home was a crowd pleaser, my husband was able to rent a boat and fish every day, kids used the pool and hot tub and home not far from beach. Everyone in our party hated to leave.
