The Artist's Studio is a small, self-contained detached cottage within the grounds of the owners' family home, providing open-plan accommodation. Enjoy a glass of wine in your own, flower-filled garden or relax in the comfortably furnished converted artist studio. The studio with its own private entrance and garden, has been sympathetically refurbished to a high standard, retaining the original beams and a double height ceiling. It is located in a rural hamlet within easy walking distance to Praa Sands, approximately a mile of glorious sandy beach. The coastal path can be accessed from the hamlet from where you can walk to Porthleven, a picturesque fishing harbour, or Prussia Cove, a series of coves and beaches named after an infamous smuggler. Trevurvas is ideally located for exploring south west Cornwall being located equidistant between the stunning Lizard peninsular and the rugged Lands End; within 15 minutes of Penzance, Helston, St Ives and Hayle.

This is truly unique; a tiny, rocky island filled with astonishing history and natural beauty, yet still a living, working community of people. Activities include: Walking. The coastal path runs the whole of the Cornish coast, so you are never far from a footpath. Fishing. You can arrange fishing trips from many of the harbours in the area, the closest being Porthleven

Peace and Tranquility in Cornwall

Having spent a relaxing week at the Artist's Studio we would certainly recommend it. Excellent location for Praa Sands and the coastal path to Porthleven.
All the extras in the Artist's Studio were appreciated, particularly the wine, fresh flowers and the cream tea.
The excellent weather enabled us to use the BBQ in the private garden.
Certainly a holiday we would consider again in the future

Just enjoyed a LOVELY week at *The Studio* with my fiance... couldn't have had a better time! The space itself is impeccably decorated. Everything was clean and welcoming. Lots of local info and special touches made our trip one to remember. THANK YOU!

Honeymoon week!

A perfect self contained studio with everything you will ever need. Situated in beautiful surroundings minutes from the local beach and pubs! Excellent for romantic getaways, with plenty of costal walks available.
Would highly recommend going to Rick Steins seafood restaurant in padstow, abit pricey but well worth it! Look out for peters point beach? (think that's what it’s called!!), located between loggans and gwithian on the B3301 by Hayle - excellent for dog owners. I would defiantly recommend this property to friends and family, hopefully we will be returning again very soon.

Honeymoon

As we didn't want to spent our honeymoon somewhere on a tropical island we were looking for a good alternative with the sea nearby and we found a great place to stay : we spent our honeymoon in the lovely "Studio" in Trevurvas. The cottage offers everything you need and is very comfortable and cosy. As we came from far away (The South of Germany) it was necessary for us that the cottage is excellently equipped so we didn't need to bring everything. The remote area of the cottage is also very enjoyable and you don't have to walk very far to get to a nice beach. All great sights, like St. Michael's Mount, are only a short distance away. We especially enjoyed one wedding present: a helicopter flight from Pencenze to Tresco, a beautiful island of the Scilly Islands. The weather was nice and we had a great day on that island.
We had a great time staying in the "Studio" and we can warmly recommend it.
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und das Studio ist sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die einen ausgewogenen Urlaub mit Ausflügen, Entspannung und Ruhe suchen.

There is not much to say that has not been said in the existing reviews. The studio was very clean and very fondly furnished. Lovely welcome basket. Strong recommendation!
