We have a number of delightful apartments to suit all party sizes and budgets. The properties are set amongst some of the most stunning countryside that Italy has to offer. At Villa Geminiani you will be able to use our very large shared pool (shared between our properties so there will be a maximum of 3 families using the pool at one time if we are fully booked). You will find that our central location is simply perfect for exploring this wonderful region of Italy whether you are looking for a holiday in the countryside, exploring the mountains or relaxing on the Adriatic coast - all of this is within easy reach. We have our own garden that we grow our own biological produce. The garden has tomatoes, zucchine, salad, peaches, figs, olives and we will supply you with a selection box of these depending on season together with some wine from our own cantina. It is also possible to have a free tour of our cantina where we produce the wine.

Villa Geminiani was built in 1920 and was lovingly restored recently. Suitable for a large family or group of friends, it has a separate entrance and private garden. Accommodation is located on the west side of the Villa and spread over three floors; on the first floor there is a large living area of 40 square metres which includes a kitchen and living room where you can read, chat or watch tv. It was precisely in this location many years ago that the Geminiani family used to host social gatherings at the time of the grape harvest together with their local colleagues. The family wine business has continued, providing a thread linking past and present. Also on the first floor is a bathroom of some 12 square metres in size. On the second floor, in addition to a further spacious bathroom, can be found the four large bedrooms. From their windows you can gain an amazing view of the Appenine Mountains

Your accommodation is set in beautiful countryside between the Sibillini National Park and the Adriatic coast with its blue flag beaches at Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto. The towns of Montalto delle Marche, Montelparo, Montedinove, Offida and the provincial capital of Ascoli Piceno (which is a must see or our region as the town is older than Rome). The region also boasts the largest limestone caves in Europe at Frasassi - we recommend having a day trip to the north of the region to visit these and using the time to also visit one of the holiest places in Italy - Loreto! Our central Italy location makes it perfect for exploring a large part of the country - for example Rome is just 3 hours away and if you don't like the thought of driving in Rome (and we don't blame you - even us Italians are nervous of this) then there is a bus from Pedaso so Rome can be done as a day trip.

  • The prices quoted are for the apartment for up to 6 people. For each additional person there is a charge of only EURO 80 per week.
  • If you would like breakfast we would be happy to provide this for you with prices from 3 EURO to 5 EURO per person.
  • To secure your accommodation you will need to pay a deposit of 30% at the time of booking by direct bank transfer. The balance will be due on arrival and this balance can be paid using cash.
    We do not require any security deposit for breakages in advance.
    For winter lets a heating fee is charged by consumption.

Notes: The main living area is extremely large being 40 square meters and is a dining area, lounge and kitchen combined. With a sofa and other seating it is per conversation and relaxing out of the hot Italian sun. The large pool is shared between our 3 apartments so depending on the availability of the apartments you will be sharing the pool with up to 2 other families.
