Freezer, Air condition, TV, Cooking stove, Refrigerator. Fridge freezer, Coffee maker, Toaster, Shower, Parasol, Iron, Vacuum cleaner, Portable heater. Ideally located for walks in mountain, Sierra Nevada. Very peaceful. Near to Granada and Alhambra 50km Pets not allowed. Owner lives on site. Ground floor. View of mountain. Altitude 200m. Beach in Salobrena 12km. Close to motorway. Bank 200m. Supermarket 200m. Village centre 200m. Hospital 10km. Vélez de Benaudalla is a small Spanish village with about 2800 habitants. Here the Spaniards live and have their daily work, and tourism has yet not reached this place although the perfect location. 12km to the Mediterranean and Costa Tripical. 15min to drive on the main road. Within a few km you will find Alpujarra with lovely white hamlets.
