Stone Cottage with well equipped fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, cooker with ceramic hob, microwave) with dining area steps to ground floor shower and w/c and washing machine. Door to large private sun terrace with far reaching views, small garden and private garage. Sun loungers/garden table and chairs/ parasol and BBQ. From kitchen steps to lounge with radio/ CD player. Two two-seater sofas, wood burning stove. Small hall with stairs to two good size double bedrooms,one with kingsize bed, other with two singles, ample wardrobes and drawers in both rooms. Bathroom, full size bath with shower over, wash-hand basin, heated towel rail. Separate w/c. From landing, door to small private terrace over looking the large sun terrace and small garden. Easy level walk to centre of Monflanquin, an historic village,with its pretty tree-lined market square shops and restaurants. Monflanquin has been voted one of the prettiest bastide villages in France.

Quiet village location. Excellent restaurants in area. The vineyards of Cahors, Bergerac, Duras and Buzet are all an easy drive. The area is full of pretty mediaeval towns with their weekly markets. Good rural walking. Equidistant Toulouse and Bordeaux each about a two hour drive. Atlantic and Mediterranean coasts with their beaches each about three hours drive.
