Fabulous 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Detached Villa with its own Private swimming Pool. The Villa is set over 2 Floors with the main accommodation on the ground floor and a large full sized roof solarium on the second floor The ground floor consists of living / Dining Room plus open plan Kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin plus master with en suite shower room). There is a separate family bathroom. The Villa is fully furnished and interior designed. There is Air conditioning and ceiling fans installed for keeping cool. TV with satellite system including English speaking channels. Outside is a small Terrace which overlooks the private swimming pool (8 meters x 4 meters). Positioned around the pool are 3 sun beds plus 2 easy chairs. There is off street parking for one car. On the first floor is a large roof top solarium with superb Views. Here you can find an outdoor kitchen with BBQ. A dining area plus 2 large comfy sofas covered with a Gazebo - Great place to Relax or Entertain.

Quesada Is located approx 45 Minute drive from Alicante airport and 35 Minute drive from Murcia Airport. Quesada is situated 5km inland from the coast.. Closest beaches (Gaudamar) are a 10 min drive and offer beautiful blue flag sandy beaches, with a variety of water sports, pine forests and sand dunes Quesada village (5 min drive) is very established and family orientated and offers a large choice of quality restaurants, bars with entertainment, cafes, shops, supermarkets, etc plus has its own large water park (5 min drive) with several slides, water shoots and children’s pools. For golf fans the villa is located just down the road (5 minute drive) from Quesada’s own golf course 'La Marquesa'. Torreveija Town centre is a a 15 minute drive
