This beautiful Villa is fully air-conditioned, in walking distance to Carvoeiro. Casa Toupeira has a big, private 10m x 5m heatable pool and is situated in a peaceful and quiet Urbanization. The villa has three bedrooms, all with air-conditioning, 2 bathrooms and a guest WC. There is a lounge with new comfy leather sofas and fireplace. You also find a separate dining area and a fully equipped fitted kitchen on the first floor. Patio doors from the lounge lead to a large shaded patio area with table and chairs and an outside BBQ. All bedrooms are downstairs and facing the terrace leading to the pool area, but the pool is gated off from the house, which makes it safe for families with small children. On the pool terrace you also find an outside dining area with a BBQ and sunbeds. There is parking space in front of the house. Beach, plenty of Shops, Bars and Restaurants are in 15mins walking distance. There is wireless broadband available if you bring your own computer.
