Hosts Graeme & Anna Hern have lived in the Rift Valley for many years and will be delighted to assist you in the planning a wide range of excursions throughout the area, including local safaris, visits to nearby game reserves, restaurants, and local attractions, as well as arranging private bush dinners and sun downers in unforgettable settings.
A 4x4 air conditioned Pajero is available for hire if required. Our properties adjoin the Green Park airstrip and charter flights can be arranged from Nairobi, or directly to the Masai Mara, to other game reserves, or to the Indian Ocean beach resorts. We have links with other suitable holiday rental properties.
Our makuti roofed banda is very suitable for outdoor entertaining and has a fully equipped kitchen. It is adjacent to our new solar heated swimming pool due for completion in April.
The Rift Valley Championship Golf Course is just a few minutes away, as is the Lodge, from where other excursions can be booked.
Golf:
The challenging 6,467m par 73 Great Rift Valley Championship Golf Course is kept in excellent condition, with fairway, tee and green watering systems installed. The greens are known to be the best in Kenya. Challenging new sand bunkers have recently been added by course designer Tommy Fjastad. Signature holes include the stunning 3rd par 3 which overlooks Lake Naivasha from an elevated tee, and the par 5 598m 17th with a blind dogleg down the escarpment to the green. Caddies and/or trolleys are available for hire; There is a driving range & practice green and a range of goods available in the Pro-shop.
