Villa is ten minutes walk to beach and Nerja town centre.

Situated in an upmarket residential area of Nerja, this luxury villa is just 12 minutes walk to the town centre and Burriana beach. The villa is furnished to an exacting specification with many pieces of original art. A wrap around terrace looks over a magnificent new ten metre pool and huge terrace with teak outdoor furniture. Inside, you will find Satellite TV, DVD and broadband internet connection. The property is set in its own private walled garden, secured with electric gates. Upstairs there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, a large living/dining area, fully fitted modern kitchen and 2 excellent bathrooms. Downstairs, a further 4 double bedrooms, bathroom and family room can be found with TV and DVD. A second new fully fitted kitchen completes the property, allowing more than one family to enjoy their stay. A private driveway, parking up to 8 cars, leads to a double garage containing a separate washing machine and tumble dryer.

Nerja is on the seashore, 50 kilometres from Málaga on the N340 coastal highway and marks the eastern tip of Málaga's Costa del Sol. Once a sleepy fishing village, the town now has a population of over 12,000.

Nerja boasts 16 kilometres of beaches with powdery sand and sparkling clear water. All major water sports are available here, including water skiing, scuba diving and sailing.

Flanked by the dramatic Sierra Almijara mountain range to the east, the town has fortunately managed to avoid being blighted by the concrete high-rise scenario which has been the inevitable result of the tourist boom in some of the coastal resorts. The old quarter of the town is still virtually unchanged with narrow winding streets, whitewashed houses with wrought iron terraces overflowing with geraniums. However, the heart of Nerja is spectacular Balcón de Europa, the 'Balcony of Europe', a magnificent promenade along the edge of a towering cliff, once the site of the great Moorish castle.

Notes: There are two new modern kitchens with all appliances including dishwasher. More than one family can enjoy the property at the same time. The utility area is in the double garage and contains a separate washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two, open plan, living/dining areas. Upstairs has air-conditioning, satellite TV, DVD, ipod docking station, broadband and leads through glass doors onto the magnificent terrace. Downstairs has TV/DVD and huge L-shaped sofas. It is cool and relaxing at the end of the day. Outside, the wrap around terrace has been furnished to allow all fourteen guests to relax and eat together. A magnificent 'new' pool and terraces have just been constructed. The villa is set in it's own grounds behind secure electric gates. The gardens contain many fruit trees and a magnificent palm.

Skiing is available an hours drive away in the 'Sierra Nevada' ski resort near Granada.

Golf:

The nearest golf course is fifteen minutes away. Bavaria Golf has eighteen holes.

Everything you want from a villa and more!

We have just returned from a wonderful week in this villa. Some of our party were picked up from the airport which was great, there was plenty of parking space for our hire cars in the drive.
The villa was immaculately clean and the amenities were modern and stylish. We loved the art and personal touches in the rooms.
It was fantastic to be able to sit around the long table together for meals and we spent most of our days relaxing around the pool. In fact it was hard to leave because it was so beautiful and quiet.
The beach is a short walk away and there are loads of great resturants in Nerja.
We would defenitely stay here again if we come back to Nerja, book it soon, don't miss out!

Excellent, well equipped and furnished Villa

Can highly recommend this Villa, it made our holiday. Great location, with just a short walk to the beach and town. It's pacious, well furnished, well equiped and very clean. We will certainly be returning in the future and all three couples and four children agree.

Excellent Villa

Just wanted to write to say what a fantastic property the Villa Marnell is. The villa was spotlessly clean and the facilities were excellent. We were a group of 3 families with young children and there was plenty of room for everyone. Its the small things that make a difference and they all came together in this villa. The service we received from the airport was great and there was a representative waiting for us on arrival to show us around. The pool is big and was very clean and the house had lots of pool and beach toys for the kids to use. Marvelous, a definite return I feel!

We have stayed in various villas in Nerja over the last ten years and we were all agreed that this was the best villa so far for location and space. The villa has everything you could wish for to make a holiday complete, the layout is brilliant with plenty of dining space both inside and out and a fantastic swimming pool, all the rooms are so spacious with beautiful art work and very comfortable beds. The property is spotlessly clean and very well maintained - we love Nerja and will not hesitate to return soon for another holiday stay in this outstanding five star accommodation.

Magnificant, Spacious Villa

It was a real treat to have such a spacious, modern villa so close to the beach, restaurants and coffee bars. I particularly loved sitting on the veranda overlooking the swimming pool and garden adorned with palm trees. It was very peaceful. I would definitely like to return.
