This bright, modern & spacious 4-bedroom villa is for rental on the prestigious Villa Sol development near Kissimmee. The villa is well situated for an easy drive to all theme parks & shops with the advantage of being set in a peaceful & secure setting. The villa has its own large heated swimming pool/ spa & overlooks a beautiful lake & conservation land with its abundance of wildlife. The villa is fully equipped (right down to bed linen, towels & pool towels) has 2 lounges & 2 eating areas which are great for that bit of escapism, 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8) & is beautifully furnished. The rental of the villa also includes the use of a wonderfully situated tennis court shaded by 100 year old oak trees, a club house with fully equipped gym, a landscaped community pool and spa, a spectacular river walk/bike trail by Boggy Creek river, access by private boat ramp to the river which leads directly to East Lake Toho, practice basketball court, picnic/barbeque areas & children’s play areas.

Amazing Holiday

Our stay in Brian and Caron's home was fantastic, the villa was fully equipped, very clean inside and well maintained. The information and guidance provided by Brian was excellent and made booking the villa and the entire stay a real pleasure. Villa Sol is a beautiful complex and there is so much to do and see, we walked round villa sol every morning, played tennis and observed the wildlife. There is also a Walgreens at the entrance to Villa Sol which is very convenient. There is an unbelievable amount of things to do in Orlando; the parks are superb and the shopping even better and the villa has many brochures and information leaflets about places to visit and eat, however, some of our best days were spent at the fabulous pool at the villa; the sunrise over the lake is an amazing sight and worth getting up for.
We will definately return to Villa Sol and book this property again and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone to book with Brian as he is trustworthy and extremely helpful.

Wonderful time in Kissimee

We spent a week in Brian's home in Kissimee. We were so pleasantly surprised at how well maintained the home is. Everything is so clean. There wasn't one thing that we needed that wasn't supplied to us. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the surroundings were beautiful. Every morning we searched for our favorite crane and alligator.
The beds were SOOOOO comfortable we slept like rocks after our excursions to Disney. The parks were approximately 25 minutes from the house. But shopping was close by, a walgreens was seconds away.
The kitchen was well stocked.
Brian was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to our emails and questions before our trip. And our refund on our deposit arrived promptly.
Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We are looking forward to staying again!

Wounderful Visit

We visited this lovely home for spring break. We arrived from several locations: Germany, Colorado & Kentucky, and having the airport close (about 20 minutes drive maximum) made it very easy to make the quick trips to pick up the kids. The location is also fantastic for visiting the park attractions and shopping as well; seems you are close to everything. We even took a quick trip to the Kennedy Space Center to watch a rocket launch (at 0430 in the morning); but you are about a 45 minute drive from the coast, so not so unreasonable (and what a sight!). The house is well equipped and has most everything you need. The pool and spa are wonderful, and we all enjoyed them on a daily basis. The gated community adds a sense of security and was a comfort. In short, great location, lovely home, wonderful visit!

Fantastic holiday for fun and relaxation

Well maintained villa in an excellent location. You can feel safe knowing there are security guards on the entrance to the Villa Sol. Lots to do at the villa, including river walks, relaxing in the pool, sunbathing or just sitting outside in the evening listening to the frogs and other wildlife whilst sipping a glass of wine! Sitting in the hot tub or swimming in the pool.

Plenty of wildlife to see at the villa whilst also being just a 10 minute drive away from the shopping malls and theme parks. We spent most of our time at theme parks and in the malls getting a bargain or two.

Only stayed for 10 days and needed longer really to be able to do all the walks and see all the sights. Next time we go we will spend more time relaxing by the pool and strolling along the river walk!! The pool has netting all around to stop any mosquitos, so you can relax knowing you aren't going to get bitten!!

There are tennis courts and a gym which we didn't get time to use but did go jogging around the complex, which I felt very safe doing.

The villa itself is well maintained and the decor is excellent with everything you could ever need for an enjoyable holiday.

The owners are such helpful and nice people, its like staying at a friends house!

Will definately go again.

Fabulous Place to Unwind!

What a lovely clean home, and what a beautiful and relaxing view! There is nothing nicer than coming back to this lovely house after an exhausting day sightseeing or playing at the Parks and relaxing in the pool while watching the sun set over the water. The home is well furnished and comfortable. The pool and spa are huge! We had a great time, and the kids loved to just stay at the house and play in the pool. Wonderful child friendly home with plenty of space for everyone to relax.
The home is near the airport and major attractions: Old Towne, Disney, Downtown Disney, etc., and they are easy to find from the house.
The owners were very helpful and courteous.
