There is also private underground parking with electric gates.

Wonderful appartment

All the previous reviews are right, its a really lovely appartment, a gorgeous nearly empty pool. Hastle free booking and arrival time was flexible, perfect for an easyjet flight. We were a bunch of girls in ibiza to party but who wanted a more luxurious and quiet hide-out for the days in the sun and this provided a perfect combination. Would highly reccomend.

Outstanding Apartment

Stayed at this accommodation for the first time mid August 2009 with my wife and two children. The apartment is first class, beautifully presented, spacious, quiet and with a great view from the large balcony overlooking Siesta. The swimming pool is large, sparklingly clean and only for those staying in the apartments (residents and guests) and is within the apartment grounds. Beach and restaurants (both Santa Eulalia and Siesta) are literally minutes away. Met the two owners of the property and they are really friendly and helpful. If you just want to do your own thing, chill out and have the freedom of a large modern apartment then this is the place to be. Overall magnificent accommodation and I would thoroughly recommend.

we have just returned from a wonderful holiday in santa eulalia and will be returning.
The location of this gorgeous apartment is perfect, close to the beach and santa eulalias excellent restaurants
It is spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equiped and there is a linen change and clean arranged during the stay.
The apartments pool is a real bonus and loungers are provided
The owners were friendly helpful and reliable and happy to be contacted at any time if there should be a problem.

We fell in love with this apartment!!!!!

Absolutely gorgeous apartment in a new contemporary block in a fantastic location.

Lovely modern apartment that had everything we needed. It was close to the beach, own pool and was close walking distance to the centre of the resort for restaurants etc. We travelled with 3 children, so having 3 spacious bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space meant we weren't living out of suitcases and made it feel like home.

In summary :- Fantastic air conditioned apartment. Bedrooms with cosy duvets. Well apointment bathrooms. Comfortable lounge and plenty of dining space (inside and outside). Well appointed kitchen and very very useful separate utility room. Helpful and friendly owners.

We will definitely rent this apartment again or if we win the lottery we would buy one!!!

This apartment is new, tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean, with everything you need for a fabulous relaxing holiday - even the air conditioning is quiet! It is in a perfect location, next to the lovely beach and also has it's own swimming pool in the apartment complex. In fact I think that the photos do not do it justice. The area is quiet and yet near the main area of Santa Eulalia town centre. You will not be disappointed if you book this apartment. The owner is very friendly and helpful too. Will definately be back .
