This brand new first floor, corner apartment with large balcony for enjoying the afternoon and evening sun while overlooking the Alboran Hills and view of the sea. Close to major towns for sightseeing and shopping as well as championship golf courses for the odd round or two! The apartment includes air conditioning/heating and is fully equipped for your holiday. The central grassed area has two swimming pools (adult and children’s pool) and is a real sun trap. Nearest Airport: Malaga or Gibralter at 110 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 30 Metres

Manilva Beach/Alboran Hills – between the Port of Duquesa and San Roque town, an hour by car on the dual carriageway coast road from Malaga airport, 30 mins by car from Gibraltar airport. This is the ideal area for sightseeing around the south of the Costa Del Sol with the best of both coast and mountains. A 5-minute walk to beach with blue seas and beach bars, the beautiful marina Port of La Duquesa is a short 5 minute drive or a 30 minute walk along the beach with plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes. Fishing off the rocks is recommended and boat hire is available. A short drive into the hills is the beautiful and Spanish village of Manilva and the white hill side houses of Casares and Gaucin. Sabinillas is less than a 10 minute drive and has a great food market, Estepona Market is well worth a visit. 30 minutes away is Puerta Banus, 50 minutes to Ronda and 20 minutes to La Linea, the gate to Gibraltar. So many places to visit and people to see!...... Enjoy!

Good Quiet Location in South Spain

Stayed at the apartment late June/early July and had a lovely time. The apartment is quiet, has a great balcony, is about 5mins walk from the beach and has a nice pool.
Great location: Gib (half hour) for your duty free, about an hour from Malaga and about 30-40 mins from Puerto Banus for a look at the marina and shops and 5 mins drive for Duquesa Marina local bars/restaurants.

Recommend it highly. Get your cheap flight into Malaga or Gib, pick up your hire car and you're set for a relaxing beach or pool holiday.

Quality, comfortable well located

First time to Spain and how lucky we were. The apartment is easy to get to and located as it says about 5 mins from beach. On arrival found it to be very clean and well maintained. It has a very quiet and calm air about it with a beautiful view of the local surroundings.Accomodation was found to be ample for our needs. Local supermarkets and restaurants within easy access.

I would recommend this apartment and location to anybody and already have.

Nice to be first people here as everything was brand spanking new. It also felt homely as owner had put up pictures compared to other places we have stayed in. Nice and central for places like Gibraltar and Puerto Banus and close to many local bars and restaurants. Even though it was december we still managed to sit out on the large terrace in the evenings as sun sets on terrace. As Arnie said - I'll be back.

Relaxing long weekend

I spent a 5-day weekend here at the beginning of December and found the apartment clean, comfortable and lovely and warm! The local areas has plenty of restaurants and bars so mixed eating out with cooking in - the apartment had all the bits I needed and a large fridge for provisions! Evenings (despite December) were spent on the large balcony, G&T in hand.
I've not been to this part of Spain before and found that it had access to a number of places to sight-see, shop and dream of luxury (this was at lunch overlooking the marina at Puerto Banus and breakfast overlooking the marina at Sotogrande!) Gibralter is only 30 mins down the road and next time I will holiday longer and visit Jerez and Cadiz. I'll be back and will certainly recommend to friends.
