Photos and Description of this Capitana holiday villa Imagine yourself to wake up & admire the sea from your bedroom window

This villa has recently been refurbished and is well equipped. The basement has plenty of space where your children can watch TV & 'hang out'. The room stays cool because it is mostly below ground, there are 2 windows at ceiling level so there is natural light. The main bedroom is spacious and the balcony with seaview is a great place to sit. The room is air-conditioned. The second bedroom with seaview is smaller but still a good size with 2 single beds, a chest of drawers & a fan. The bathroom upstairs has a bath & shower. The open plan kitchen/living/dining room on the ground floor is also air-conditioned. There are 3 or 4 steps up to the front door and also up to the side terrace which might be difficult for people with mobility problems or for very young children. The garden is fully enclosed with a gate. The lovely sandy beach is at the end of the road. There is a supermarket close by & restaurants, bars to enjoy your espresso, pharmacy and post office. Two bicycles are available.

Santa Luria is a quiet residential area situated halfway between Cagliari (Sardinia main town) and Villasimius (the most beautiful and famous beaches in south east Sardinia). All around its possible visiting woods, mountains and archaeological area. Typical restaurants are short way (driving). Capitana touristic port (where you can rent a boat or reserve a diving trip) and wellness center are 700 meters away from the house. Super market 500 mt, wine shop, tennis courts and others attraction are few minutes drive. A disco is nearby for the younger ones, ice cream shop, pharmacy, post office are all in the neighborhood.

Perfect Family Getaway

We loved the week we spent here. The house was wonderful and we were welcomed warmly. Our daughter loved spending time at the beach and we ate every meal outside on the porch enjoying the beautiful weather. We enjoyed the mountain and sea views from our bedroom and one night we were treated to an amazing rainbow. Can a vacation get any better? I highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay in this fantastic house in Sardinia. Everything was brand new and there is plenty of room and comodities. The owners where very welcoming, kind and helpful and it was better than was shown in the photos. We will recomend it to our friends.

With my family I have just returned from a week here. It was a perfect place to stay. The villa exceeded all expectations and it's even better the beautiful photos you can find here. It is located in a residential street and 150m near to a beautiful beach and ten minutes from Cagliari!! The owners was very kind and helpful. A perfect place and a fantastic holiday, thank you!!

Io e la mia famiglia siamo appena tornati a casa dopo una splendida vacanza in una casa davvero bella, dotata di ogni comfort, localizzata in un quartiere residenziale, dunque tranquillo ed ordinato, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia ed a pochi minuti da Cagliari. Semplicemente perfetta!

This villa is perfect for complete relaxation, it is big and spacious, with all the furnishings brand new and excellent. A stones throw from the beach, my friends and I had a wonderful 5 days here

We have just returned home from a week here and it was a perfect place to stay. The villa exceeded all expectations with brand new furnishings, comfy beds, a jacuzzi bath, BBQ and everything you could need. We had see views from the bedroom and a 150m walk to a beautiful beach!! The help we received was first class, with bus times, local area information and even a bottle of wine for our arrival provided for us! A perfect place and a fantastic holiday, thank you!!
