It is situated on a hilltop next to the medieval village of Haut de Cagnes /Cagnes sur Mer with a magnificent view over the Mediterranean, the castle of Haut de Cagnes and the Provencal mountains. Here you can enjoy the quietness, having lunch or dinner on the beautiful terrace with a stunning sea view. The villa is also situated at a 10 minutes walk from “la Place de Haut de Cagnes“ where you can find a lot of nice restaurants. Around the swimming pool there is room for 8 sun beds, as well as pool house with a fridge and a shower. The 4 bedrooms villa offers you about 160m2 of living space and large terraces.3 toilets, 3 bathrooms. The villa is equipped with wireless internet and satellite TV and is air- conditioned.
