Villa Nadia is a luxurious private villa. It has been furnished with a sumptuous, elegant feel and is extremely spacious. Situated on the Golden Mile of Marbella it is surrounded by high-class restaurants, including the famous Marbella Club Hotel, and is a few minutes drive from both the picturesque old town of Marbella and the glitzy 'jet-set' port of Puerto Banus. For beach lovers a wide sandy beach is a mere four minutes walk away. We have an excellent English agent who will meet you on your arrival at the Villa and be available at all times for any queries, additional requirements or just local information. We also provide you with a welcome pack of groceries. This superb villa has all the facilities you would expect - air conditioning throughout, underfloor heating for winter breaks, private heated pool and gardens, built in BBQ, etc. This villa is ideal for family holidays, winter golfing trips and for the perfect traditional Spanish experience. Villa Nadia is located on the prestigious Golden Mile of Marbella. The beach is only 500 metres away and has a promenade that leads all the way to the harbours of Puerto Banús to the west and Marbella to the east. A car would not be essential as there is a supermarket and a number of restaurants within 100 metre walk from the villa. Puerto Banús is only two kilometres drive away where you have several good restaurants, clubs, bars and celeb spotting. There is also a cinema for the few rainy days that show movies in their original language so many American/British films can be seen in English. The beach along the promenade that stretches from Puerto Banús to Marbella is sandy and broad. Beach bars are open during the summer and serve food as well as drinks. The Golden Mile has some of the most celebrated restaurants in Marbella. The centre of Marbella, with it's beautiful 'Casco Antiguo' (Old Town) and excellent shopping, is just a four-minute drive away.

  • This elegant villa has five bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom is located on the first floor, has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe and patio doors leading onto a small balcony overlooking the pool and affording sea views. It has an en-suite, large bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower. This bathroom also has a separate entrance and so can be shared with bedroom 3. This bedroom has twin beds and patio doors leading onto a large sun terrace overlooking the pool and towards the sea. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. One big bedroom has two double beds and access to the terrace and gardens. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Another bedroom has three single beds and access to the garden. It shares a shower room with another bedroom, which has twin beds.

Exterior of the Villa: The large semi-covered terrace runs the entire length of the villa providing a comfortable outside dining area and with marvellous views over the lovely gardens and swimming pool, it makes a great setting for alfresco eating on lazy summer evenings. Green lawns surround the lovely 8 x 4 metre heated swimming pool, which is entered via graduated steps. It is surrounded by an extensive sunbathing terrace with ample sun beds. An elevated barbecue terrace with a built-in barbecue and additional garden furniture is another perfect setting to enjoy the Spanish way of life. The villa has two balconies which are accessed via the bedrooms with wonderful views to the pool and the sea.

Golf: For those wishing to play golf, Marbella is surrounded by championship golf courses and driving ranges there are more than 20 courses just in the municipality of Marbella alone. There are few places in the world that can match the Costa del Sol as destination for golf tourism. The Costa del Golf (as affectionately known by golfers) is proving to be irresistible. Golf course owners are re-investing in their courses to improve their quality still further and there are no longer any weak links, each course offering its own kind of challenge on perfect fairways and greens. The demand is so great that many new courses are being developed and in the more famous courses, such as Valderrama, rounds need to be booked months in advance. Brilliant Holiday !!

Thank you for a brilliant holiday. The villa was even better than the photos suggested, all the rooms were so big! The location was perfect, we found we could walk to a different restaurant every night and have drink without worrying about someone driving or paying for a taxi.
Good restaurants we found were; El Portalon (Spanish), B.Ayres (Argentinian), Sukothai (Thai) and Da Bruno (Italian). If you are on a budget try Venta Los Pacos or Di Maria who both do excellent 'Menu del Dias' for about £8.
I know it's a bit sad, but it was also great to have all the familiar TV channels from the UK so we didn't miss our favourites. Another reassuring factor for us was having an english speaking agent in case a problem arose - thankfully we didn't have any need to call but Angela was wonderfully helpful and friendly.

Fantastic villa

Fantastic villa, immaculate and equipped to a very high standard, set in peaceful surroundings. Great sized rooms, lovely airy feeling.

Great location close to Marbella and Porta Banus. You can easily walk along the promenade to Marbella with its wonderful culture, shops and restaurants or for a lively night out go to Porta Banus. There are also some wonderful restaurants near to the villa.

The swimming pool is ideal for lazing and barbecues, however if you prefer a swim in the sea, the beach is a pleasant 10 minute stroll away, where you will also find a variety of beach bars and restaurants.

We went at Christmas and didn't make as much use of the pool or shaded veranda as we would if the weather was warmer. Guess we'll have to go back in the Summer!

What I would say about this villa is that it is so central for restaurants, beach, supermarket etc but is also quiet and totally private.
One of our best experiences was walking through the grounds of the Marbella Club Hotel onto the Paseo Maritimo that leads along the side of the Med into Marbella to the East and Puerto Banus to the West. Fantastic walk with beachside bars and restaurants along the way and it only took us about 4-5 mins to walk to get to the Paseo from the villa.
The choice of restaurants within walking distance is amazing ... everything from argentinian, indian, italian, mexican to japanese and traditional spanish. Which brings me to the only problem ... the spanish restaurant at the back of the villa always smelt so good we ended up eating out far too often !!!
