Beaucaire, in the golden triangle of Avignon, Nimes and Arles, Lovely new 3 bedroom house on the edge of a new development. Near Shops and bus stops. Well equipped with a large terrace which is perfect for summer dining. Within an hours drive of the sea and mountains. Approximately one mile from Beaucaire with its lively port and twice weekly market. Accommodation comprises: Open plan living and dining area which opens into a well equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Satellite TV with UK channels. Upstairs are three bedrooms (two with double beds, one with a single and a further pull out single underneath). There is a bathroom and wc and also a separate shower room with wc. There is a garage with washing and drying machines and hard- standing on the driveway for two cars. Garden with Wooden sided octagonal pool 6 x 4m
