Also within 30 minutes drive many good golf courses with excellent rates. The 2200 sq.ft. of living space is luxuriously furnished and has excellent kitchen facilities. This SOUTH facing pool and hot tub has a well furnished large spacious deck area with 6 sunbeds, table/umbrella & four chairs ideal for the 'Winter Sun Worshipper'. Situated close to shops and restaurants for those who wish to dine in or out.

  • When a booking is to be confirmed a deposit of £100.00 or $150.00 per whole or part week - the deposit paid is Non-Refundable.
  • Security or Breakage Deposit: You will be asked to provide a REFUNDABLE Security Deposit of £200 at the time of the Final Balance Payment. This is REFUNDED in FULL as soon as the Local Management Company has inspected the home and reported no damage. Final Booking Payment must be paid at least 10 WEEKS before your holiday date.

At the Clubhouse there is a very large outdoor swimming pool, small gym, games room + tennis & volley ball courts; rackets can be used from the Clubhouse. What are the Advantages of Renting Directly?: Booking my villa can be cheaper than a hotel and almost always cheaper than booking through a Travel Agent. Advantages over a hotel are that you have your own south facing swimming pool, lounge, kitchen & bedrooms to use as you wish with all linens provided.

If I need help or assistance?: We have an excellent Management Company on call in case of emergencies. All you need to do is to bring yourself, your clothes and enjoy a wonderful holiday.

Do I need a Car?: It is possible to manage without one but you will have to organize local taxis, also Main gate Transportation run an Attraction & Shopping Mall Shuttle Service (Reservation Only - tel: 407 390 0000). The staff at the Clubhouse are very helpful and friendly should you need assistance in getting/finding your way round the area. If you love golf, our villa is situated within 30 minutes drive to many courses, e.g. all Disney courses, Orange County, Stoneybrook West, Sanctuary Ridge, Palisades, Swiss Fairways, Legends, Kings Ridge and Green Valley + many, more!!

The property was everything it said in the description. It has a good sized pool area even with the safety fence in place. Pleasantly furnished and decorated with wonderful comfy beds after a long day at the theme parks.There are good facilities nearby including a Supermarket, Chemist, Doctors etc.We think it is ideally located, being just far enough away but yet still near to all the atractions. The owners are very helpful and try their hardest to make sure everything is ok for you.We have throughly enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to book the villa again! Thank you Jane and Jeff.
