This modern conversion has been lovingly restored to create three rental properties in addition to the main house where the owners are in full time residence. There is a large roof terrace with views of the Tramuntana mountains for sole use of the two bedroom apartment. There is a small patio for the Studio with a table and chairs.

Just a 5-6 minutes walk to the plaza and 3km to the beach, the property couldn't be better located for a relaxing holiday in the Soller valley. Surrounded by orange and lemon groves, the house has wonderful views from the roof terrace where you can enjoy lying in the sun or eating al fresco. On entering the property into the Entrada one is immediately struck by the very high ceilings. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, a bathroom with shower and an open plan living area with dining table and kitchen. Electric blankets and heating for winter.

Honey coloured houses, jagged mountains and turquoise sea. This part of Mallorca, well away from the main tourist areas, will appeal to those looking for a little extra, for a quiet and peaceful relaxing holiday. The town of Soller, of Moorish origin, is famous for the orange and olive groves that abound in the area. It has a main square where the locals gather for their morning coffee and croissants and to watch the world go by. There is a morning market where local produce is sold and a train station from which the famous old rolling stock still rattles its way to Palma and back several times a day. From the station, the electric tram (ex. San Francisco type trolleys) runs through the square, past the market to the Port of Soller, a beautiful, almost circular, well protected bay with safe beaches. From here you can take a boat along the wild, rugged northern coast to sheltered little bays inaccessible by road.

Wir waren die ersten Mieter nach dem Umbau des Appartements, von daher war alles sauber und frisch renoviert. Die Ausstattung ist einfach und funktional, es ist offensichtlich, dass es auch auf Mallorca ein IKEA gibt. Wir wurden von Melanie vor Ort begrüßt, sie hat uns alles gezeigt und noch Tips gegeben. Überhaupt war das Organisatorische sehr gut geregelt- dafür nochmals vielen Dank.
Die Sonnenterrasse ist wirklich fantastisch, Liegen sind jetzt auch da, die Hauptstrasse ausreichend weit weg um kaum gehört zu werden. Hier kann man prima entspannen. Ein kleines Manko ist die etwas spärliche Küchenausstattung, ein paar Becher oder Teller zusätzlich wären schön.
Ich kann die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und hoffe, selbst bald wieder dorthin zurück zu kommen.
