New villa with wi-fi, private pool and garden ideal for summer holiday rental. Just a short drive from the historic town of Oliva and its 7km of blue flag beaches. This villa is ideal for families and for those wishing poolside relaxation. Well equipped to a high standard. Leisure activities are endless. The villa is located in a quiet hillside area overlooking the sea.The villa has a large pool with sun beds and a barbecue area. It has a pool shower and garden taps around the villa. Being up in the mountain, it always has a lovely breeze so it doesn’t get too hot, just right to sunbathe by the pool. The nearest beach is only 3 km away. The villa has air conditioning in the lounge/dinner and also in the main bedroom and sky TV or European TV. Towels are provided but guests are required to bring own beach towels.

Just a short drive from the historic town of Oliva and its 7km of blue flag beaches. Leisure activities are endless. Nearby is a Safari Park and 1 hour south is the bustling resort of Benidorm and its fantastic theme parks Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and water parks . To the north is Valencia and the City of Arts and Science plus the Oceonografic marine park. There are several beautiful caves in the area. Depending on the time of year, Oliva is host to many fiestas including Fallas and Moors and Christians.

Oliva Nova Golf: Oliva Nova Golf is a Severiano Ballesteros designed championship course, and is used for several Spanish National and Tour events. There are numerous water hazards to catch the errant shot, however the accurate player is well rewarded by receptive greens with excellent putting surfaces. The clubhouse provides excellent facilities including a lovely restaurant and bar, with a large balcony affording spectacular views over the golf course. There is also a well equipped golf shop with club, trolley and buggy hire.

This is a 5* villa in a 5* location with 5*+ owners. We had ten delightful days in an excellent well equipped villa. The owners were very helpful in every respect, without ever being intrusive. The area around Oliva is lovley with lots to see and enjoy, Everything about the villa is very good qulality. Very highly recommended,.

Luxury Villa in Oliva

We returned reluctantly from Oliva on Sunday 30th August. The villa was even better than we'd hoped and the owners went out of their way to help make our stay as relaxing and carefree as possible.
The property was extremely clean,well-equipped and maintained to the highest standards. The outdoor space and garden were superb. We spent much of our time in the wonderful pool, sometimes as early as 8 in the morning and at other times having a cooling dip at night when the pool lights were on!
We visited Valencia to watch the European F1 Grand Prix. This villa is in a great spot for exploring the area. We went to Guadalest too, which is spectacular.
The .owners, Terry and Lesley could not have been more helpful. We would recommend the villa without hesitation. We would love to be there still!

Nous avons passé un séjour de 15 jours dans la villa du 1er au 15 aout.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires.
Très belles prestations et villa de qualité réunissant toutes les commodités.
La piscine est très bien entretenue et très agréable. Une vue superbe sur la mer et sur les environs.
Nous espérons pouvoir revenir l'année prochaine.

Beautiful, beautiful villa, quiet, absolutely immaculate, wonderfully equipped with everything you could ever need for a perfect holiday. Views to die for, Mr and Mrs Hayes extremely helpful and friendly. Very well placed for exploring the Costa Blanca, coastal and inland. The very best self - catering accommodation I have ever experienced. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday !! I would recommend this to you without hesitation.

the Haynes were terrific, very welcoming, the property was as described immaculate and a lovely pool and quiet location. perfect spot for a quiet getaway.
