The villa is set in the middle of 2000sq m of mature enclosed gardens with fruit and olive trees with parking for several cars plus car port. The villa and gardens face south with wonderful open sea views. There is a new heated 8 x 4 pool and large separate Summer kitchen with gas BBQ. Other features include air-conditioning, a large boules court and a garage. Inside the villa has 4 double bedrooms including a master bedroom with en-suite shower room and separate WC and doors to the garden. Upstairs there are a further 3 bedrooms , bath/shower room also with separate WC. There is a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher and fridge/freezer and a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
