This is is a very exclusive development of only 25 privately owned linked villas, in a secure gated condominium. Situated just of the main EN125 and close to all the major attractions in Algarve. Zoomarine is only 2 minutes away by car. There are many golf courses within a short drive including the new courses at Amendoeira, designed by Faldo & Christ O'Connor Jnr. are only a 5 minute drive away. The house sleeps six and has full bathroom upstairs and shower room & toilet downstairs. Fully equipped with DVD, Hi-Fi, CD player, radio and UK satellite television. Shared swimming pool and BBQ area. Within the village there are supermarkets, bars and restaurants and the Albufeira Shopping Centre is only 5kms away in Guia. Visitors to Jardins de Perâ have numerous sandy beaches to choose from the nearest being Praia Grande is approximately 3km away. The most well known is Gale, a long sandy beach stretching for 5km along the coast offering water sports and selection of superb beaches

Situated in the village of Pera only 3 kms from a beautiful Algarve beach and 9kms from the nightlife of Albuferia. House sleeps 6 comfortably with double bed in main bedroom and two single beds in other one. House fully equipped and has UK satellite system, LCD TV as well as all the essentials required including DVD player, CD, Radio. Full Air Conditioning. Large shared swimming pool and kids pool within the complex with downstairs patio and verandas upstairs on both bedrooms. The village of Perâ is a typical Portuguese community with all amenities such as a bank, pharmacy, selection of cafes and snack bars, 3 restaurants and a village market hall 500 metres away where you can buy fresh fish and vegetables. There are 4 mini markets, selling freshly baked bread, produce and wine.

Local Area: The house lies in the village of Pera which is on the road that stretches the length of the Algarve. Visitors to Jardins de Perâ have numerous sandy beaches to choose from the nearest being Praia Grande is approximately 2 kms. away. The most well known is Gale, a long sandy beach stretching for 5 km along the coast and offering water sports and selection of superb beach bars / fish restaurants. Smaller cove beaches include Sao Rafael with its amazing rocks free standing in the sand, and Castello, home to some odd shaped cliffs, grottoes and blow holes. This long sandy coastline from Armação de Pera to Gale is just as popular for walkers with the Lagoa dos Salgados estuary, a haven for wildlife and a popular destination for flamingos.

Golf: The nearest golf course is Salgados The 6,000 metre links course, complete with water obstacles, is not very long, yet you will need all your skills to reach the greens. Nearby is the new Amendora golf complex with two new courses designed by Nick Faldo and Christy O'Connor Jnr There are 21 golf complexes, 31 separate courses and over 513 widely differing holes to play. Unlike the UK all the Algarve’s’ courses are open to the public. It is worth pre booking your games as a package to gain discounted rates.

Stayed here for 2 weeks in October 2008. The house is very modern and well maintained by the owners Irene & John. Communication was excellent before and after we arrived. Pera itself is very quaint.The family owned Italian restaurant is well worth a visit or two! We visited Albuferia a couple of occasions but prefered to dine on the coastal road as the food was magnificent and a fraction of the cost. Only 5 minutes from house is the Algarve shopping centre though take plenty of money as it is huge! A fantastic holiday and we shall return!

This is a really wonderful little complex, really well maintained and pretty. We had a wonderful break (early April 2009) and even though so early in the year very pleasant sat out by the pool. This particular house is,we felt, in the best position. It's off the road,so quiet and next to the widest part of the veranda to sunbathe etc. Inside the house is very nicely laid out and modern. it was immaculately clean. We would definitely recommend this for a really nice holiday.
