Apartment with own terrace and garden in a very peaceful area situated beside the famous nature park of Croix Des Gardes, yet close to the beaches of Cannes and all the treasures the Riviera has to offer. Regular bus services to the centre. There are several golf courses within a short drive.

The residence is just 3 kilometres from the centre of Cannes, with direct access to the beautiful nature park known as La Croix Des Gardes. The beach is only a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive away. In Cannes town centre you can spend time shopping in the famous luxury boutiques on the Croisette and Rue d'Antibes. The are is also great for leisurely walks which can be taken through the national park; within minutes you will reach fantastic panoramic views of the Mediterranean. The Mandelieu golf course is only 3km away. The holiday location is a great base for touring the surrounding area being close to Monte Carlo, St Tropez, Nice, Cap Ferrat, Villefranche and Menton. Closeby inland destinations are Mougins, Grasse and St Paul de Vence. The modern winter skiing complex of Isola 2000 is only one hour away with some smaller skiing resorts nearer. Easy access to bakers, butchers, bar, restaurant, pharmacies and supermarket contained at a small shopping centre close by.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Upon arrival 500€ security deposit is required. Cleaning and meet and greet charges cost 130€ and linens and towels 20€ / person. A midweek clean is available if required at an extra cost. No beach/pool towels are provided. Our representative will meet you at arrival and on request at all reasonable hours. She will require the security deposit of 500€ cash payment (not included in the rental rates given) at your arrival. This is to cover loss of keys or breakages, and is refundable upon departure.
  • Prices are for the property per week in Euros.

    Reservation fee: 30% of the total cost of the apartment/stay.

    The full balance is to be paid 10 weeks before the departure date, without reminder. It is your responsibility to remember to pay the balance by the due date. All cancellation charges must be notified in writing with the following cancellation charges being applied:
    – More than 10 weeks before departure: reservation fee forfeited.
    -- Between 0 and 10 weeks before departure: full payment forfeited.
  • Special weeks: F1, Film-Festival, Midem, etc. rental rates: 500 € - 700 €.

What the location offers:: Set within the beautiful national park area, yet just a short distance from the excitement of Cannes town, our apartment in Cannes Grand Parc is newly built, very bright and spacious. You can explore the stunning scenery of the Alps or enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean coastline with its islands and boat excursions. Cannes is just a short boat ride to the Iles de Lerins (man in the iron mask fame). You can also take a boat to Corsica or just sail along the coast to St. Tropez. Spend your time shopping in the famous luxury boutiques on the Croisette or Rue d'Antibes and then take a rest on the sun drenched promenade or relax on the beach. There are plenty of opportunities to try your luck at the casinos or at that other risky game, golf, as there are several golf courses within a short 'drive' from the apartment.

Transport opportunities:: If you hire a car or bring your own, you can drive leisurely through the beautiful old villages and towns or use the area's efficient motorway or dual carriageways for speedy access. Alternatively you can leave your car in the secure garage of the apartment and use the excellent public transport links. There is a frequent local bus service to the centre of Cannes. From the train and bus stations in Cannes you can avail of services which will take you all over France, into Italy or down to Spain. You can purchase a train ticket for the day which enables you to hop on hop off along the coastline as often as you like. This is great for visiting places like Antibes, Monaco, St. Tropez or going to the market in Ventemille (Italy). You may also like to travel in-land by using the excellent bus services, which will take you to Grasse for that special perfume or Mougins to sample their excellent cuisine. You will be spoilt with choice...

Nearby Golf courses: : Golf Club de Cannes-Mandelieu, Golf Country Club de Cannes-Mougins, Riviera Golf Club are all within a few miles of this apartment. There are several more courses within 15 to 20 kilometres.

New holiday apartment in a fine residence. Very clean and safety environment. There are bus stops, supermarkets, post, bank etc. nearby. Excellent place to stay with children. Good parking area.

Excellent place and just a perfect little appartment :) I definetly can recommend this place to anyone, who's interested to visit Riviera Area.

We also rented a car for a hole week, and it was suprise, how easy it was to drive (I mean traffic) and find places.

Fantastic holiday!! I will visit that place again.

Highly recommendable apartment!

I (32y) took my 79y Grandmother to the apartment on Oct. 8 - 10, 2009, and we really enjoyed it. I travel very much and require high standards (stay only in 4 - 5 star hotels). This apartment fulfilled my expectations!

Everything is brand new and tastefully decorated. The apartment / building was very quiet. The area is beautiful and feels really safe. We did not use the pool so I cannot comment on that.

The instruction book in the apartment was very detailed and helpful. The welcome gift in the fridge was an extra bonus, making us feel really welcome!

Bus stops near and just a short way to the centre of Cannes by bus (1 euro) / by taxi (ca. 10 - 12 euros). All taxis know the location of Cannes Grand Park.

The company taking care of the apartment handled everything very professionally, they also picked us up from Nice airport and drove us back there.

I will definitely come back to the apartment. Many of my friends will go there after seeing my photos and hearing my experience.

Why stay in a hotel when you can stay at this beautiful apartment!

Vietimme todella mukavan viikonlopun tuttavapariskunnan kanssa Cannesissa ja Rivieralla. Cannes Grand Parc alue ja huoneisto ovat uusia ja moderneja. Huoneisto on hyvinvarusteltu ja omalla pihalla on mukava nauttia auringosta. Allasalue kruunaa loma-nautinnon. Ilman autoakin tulee toimeen, mutta suosittelemme auton vuokraamista. Menemme varmasti uudestaan.

An apartment in Cannes

The apartment was new; there were all basic things you need in an apartment. Bus connection to the city of Cannes was good enough (and you could also walk there).
This is a good apartment especially for people of disabilities, older people. Next time I would like to hire an apartment on upper floors; maybe because on the view.
