Sleeps 6/8. 3 bedroom house in Marina De Bolnuevo, near Mazarron. Secluded communal pool and gardens. Front and rear patio areas with mountain views. Nearest beach is a 10 minute walk. Variety of shops inc,supermarkets, bars, restaurants and gift shops. Comfortable lounge and dining area, tiled bathroom, cloakroom and kitchen. A great holiday home for families or friends wishing to relax. Travel cot and stair gate available. Ground floor is accessible for wheelchair users with downstairs WC and bed settee. Swimming pool offers easy access via shallow steps. Locally, there are a good choice of fish, Chinese and Spanish restaurants all of which offer good value for money. Within a 5 minute walk there is a sports bar with internet access so you never have to miss a match. Cartagena is only 30 mins drive and is a historic city with beautiful architecture, large port, naval base and museum.

Nearest Beach: beach at 1.0 Kilometres
Excellent golf courses all within easy access - Campersol course is only 15 mins away by car, the course is a 5,895 par 72, hosting 5 par 5 holes and a few water hazards. Charges here a relatively cheap compared to other courses in Spain and you can enjoy 18 holes at around 45 euros and 9 holes for around 25 euros. Alto Real (45 minutes drive), La Manga (approx. 1 hour), Fuente Alamo (which is 18 holes and at 6.5 kms long, is recognized as one of the best and more luxurious in the South East of Spain and is just 25 minutes away (approx) The Serria Nevada ski resorts are 3 hours away. You could combine winter sun with a possible additional stay in the mountain resorts.Mazarron is not only sea, but also air - you can go hang-gliding and enjoy some unique views or climb the jagged mountain peaks, where you can see beautiful 'Blue Flag' beaches. Follow paths on foot, bicycle or on horseback through ever changing scenery. Sierra Espuna - to the north of Mazarron through Totana or Alhama.
