There are beautiful landscape gardens to the front and side of the villa with the private pool at the back of the villa providing privacy and sunshine for most of the day. The villa is within 5 minutes drive and 25 minutes walking distance of all the clubs, restaurants and beaches of Ayia Napa. To make the most of your holiday car hire is available. The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms each with balcony and sea views. The double fronted villa has a spacious dinning area leading to a fully fitted kitchen. The living room is furnished with 3 large luxurious sofas, flat screen TV, DVD player, satellite TV and Wii games console with top games. The villa has air-conditioning in all the rooms. Linen and towels are provided. On request a daily maid service and the facilities of a cook are available.

Additional information about rental rates

  • To book please send the dates required in the below form and we normally responded within two hours. On confirmation of the dates being available, a deposit of 25% is payable. Payments can be made in GBP, EUR, USD or any major currency using credit or debit card for a of 2.5% charge levied by the bank. Payment by cheque or bank transfer are also accepted. Secure online payment is available on request.
  • Remaining balance must be made in full 8 weeks prior to arrival date. No refunds are given for cancellation within 8 weeks of arrival date. A security deposit of £250 is required at the time the balance is paid to cover any damage and breakages. The security deposit is refundable within 14 days of vacating the property as long as no damage has been incurred. If there has been damage or breakages the amount for repair will be deducted from the security deposit and if the damage be more than the security deposit the client will be liable for the balance.
  • Owner only accepts family bookings. Booking acceptance are at owners discretion. Owner reserves the right to refuse entry to any person and/or to remove any person for behaviour likely to cause damage or nuisance. Neither owner or agents or associates shall be liable for loss or damage to property or personal injury to any person associated with the booking. Under no circumstances will the owner be liable for unforeseen or indirect loss. It is our policy NOT to accept bookings from under 25 and/ or single sex parties. We can arrange your private transfers to and from both Larnaca and Paphos airports at discounted prices please enquire at time of booking. Off peak prices are not applicable during school holidays. Fair use of air con is also included in the rental fee. Should you require any other requirements eg: wedding parties, business gatherings, etc. these can be arranged for you at a small supplement. Please enquire at time of booking.
