This newly renovated high quality villa on the Versilian Riviera offers the best in comfort and amenities for those who wish to live the house. Golden beaches are a short stroll away. The medieval town of Pietrasanta is just a bike ride away with its summer events, fantastic restaurants and beautiful square. Located close to one of the main road of the Marina, just 3 mins from shops, restaurants, bars and a great weekly market close to children's amusement and play ground area. The coastal road is a few minutes on foot, close by are buses that can take you to Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Lucca and Florence. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, situated on two floors for maximum privacy ideal for two families or a large party. Air Conditioning ensures comfort in those hot summer days. There is a large veranda on first floor to the road side, with mountain views, lawned garden area behind the property with BBQ, sunbeds and garden furniture, so that one can enjoy the outdoor living.
