The villa has been fitted out to a very high standard with modern furnishings. Sleeping 6-8, it has a private pool, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), 1 downstairs cloakroom, luxury Italian fitted kitchen, air conditioning/central heating, plasma flat screen Satellite TV, DVD with a selection of titles, Sony Play Station 2 (with selection of titles), gas BBQ, garden table with 6 chairs, 4 sunbeds, parasols, pool toys, bath and pool/beach towels. The villa also includes a stair gate, travel cot with linen and high chair if you have young children. Sun-n-Sea Villa is only 50m from the shops, tavernas and bars in Pernera itself and 200m from the beaches.

Pernera is quieter than Protaras with many charming tavernas, bars, restaurants and shops. There is certainly enough for the family, friends and couples to do if you want to combine the beach and pool with a reasonably quiet and relaxing holiday. Pernera has some fantastic restaurants - lots to choose from and many bars. Pernera beach has been awarded with the Blue Flag for its clean and safe waters. You will find all kinds of watersport facilities such as wind-surfing, water skiing, para sailing, canoe & paddle boats as well as speed boat rentals. The sandy coves around Pernera are perfect for snorkeling and scuba diving and really safe for children due to the shallow and clear waters. If you’re looking for something a little livelier than Pernera; then Protaras, with its vibrant nightlife and famous Fig Tree Bay, is 3km away. A thriving coastline resort with all manner of restaurants, bars, cafés, tourist shops, watersports, excursions and entertainment to keep you busy.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We do ask our customers for a security/damage deposit of £300 (Sterling) to confirm your reservation. This will be returned within 2 weeks of check out.
  • The villa is rented on a weekly basis and prices are in £ Sterling per week for the villa, regardless of the number of guests and includes:

    - clean, crisp bed linen on arrival day (and cot linen if required)

    - bath and hand towels

    - beach/pool towels

    - welcome basket (washing up liquid, washing powder, softener, toilet roll, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, jam, butter, biscuits and juice/squash).

    - cleaning on departure day

    Note: pool heating in cooler months is extra - see below.
  • Additional cost to heat the pool in cooler months.
    Pool heating is available at the cost of gas fills which is around €300 (Euros) per fill. This should last for approximately 1 week (up to two fills may be required in winter depending on running temperature). If you would like the pool to be heated, please let us know at the time you make your booking so we can make the arrangements with our pool maintenance company.

    Additional cost for Central Heating in cooler months.
    If you only require Central Heating in the cooler months and are not going to use the pool - this is cheaper than heating the pool above and is an additional €100 (Euros) per week.
