Beautiful modern two bedroom villa with private pool. Fully equipped, including large terrace area and roof terrace with panoramic views. Conveniently situated on a hillside close to the town and seafront. Located on the 'orange blossom coast' with access from both Alicante and Valencia airports. This property is ideal for discovering the 'real' Spain whilst also having many major tourist areas such as Javea, Gandia, Benidorm and Valencia within 45 minutes drive. Oliva is home to many festivals, (it seems as though there is one every week)! the Moors and Christians festival being the highlight with parades and magnificent firework displays taking place. There are also lots of golf courses nearby including championship courses such as Oliva Nova Golf and La Sella.

10 minute drive to Marina and 7 kilometre beautiful white sandy beach with bar/restaurant facilities. Also convenient for ferry to Ibiza from Denia port which is approximately 25 minute drive. Equi-distant to Alicante and Valencia airports both approximately 50 minute drive. Car hire is recommended. Valencia 45 minutes by regular train service from Gandia. Benidorm 35 minute drive. Towns and villages all with bars and restaurants and shopping amenities within 5/10 minute drive.

A meet and greet service is provided. A basic food pack can also be reserved at an additional cost payable on arrival. Lounge area with double sofa bed, television, video and radio. Opening onto naya (covered patio) and barbecue area and access to private pool. Extensive roof terrace including sun beds with panoramic views, accessed via spiral staircase off naya. Towels and linen provided but not beach towels.
