The apartment is equipped as a home from home and has British satellite television, video and DVD players, stereo system, hairdryer etc. The terrace is accessed from the lounge and has golf and mountain views. The apartment can be accessed from entry level to the community so there are no steps but it is second floor thereby offering good golf course views. There is a lift and stairs for entry to the apartment from the underground car park. The main bedroom overlooks the terrace and has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has patio doors and a small terrace looking to the internal courtyard and which has an adjoining shower room. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine etc and there is air conditioning throughout. There is a private parking space within the communal garage and there is also communal parking within the complex.

Whether you are looking for a summer family holiday or are a couple looking for a winter getaway, this area has something to offer all year. We have a lovely climate and our stretch of coast has some fantastic beaches. The one close by at La Cala de Mijas has EU Blue Flag status for being the cleanest and best in the area. The beaches are lined with Chiringuitos (Spanish bars) offering good food and drinks at very reasonable prices. There is a very good range of bars, restaurants and shops and La Cala de Mijas offers a good twice weekly market with local and international goods. Other local markets include Fuengirola, Puerto Banus, Coín, Alhaurín El Grande ... so you have an excellent choice. For the children there are many beach activities and aquaparks. Fuengirola Zoo is award winning and there is also the Sea Life Centre, Tivoli World, Crocodile Park, Swimming with Dolphins, Selwo Adventure Park ...

Riviera del Sol has two leisure centres offering a range of sports/gyms. Plus many local activities such as horseriding, waterskiing, boat trips etc. Many local attractions are on your doorstep and are a short drive or bus ride away. These include Marbella, Puerto Banus, Mijas Pueblo, Benalmadena, Torremolinos, Fuengirola, the lakes of El Churro ... Granada, Alhambra, Seville, Ronda, Morocco, Gibraltar are easy to get to yourself or you may prefer an organised day trip. If you are a golfer, then you may know that this coast is nicknamed 'Costa del Golf'. There are more than 40 courses in the area from championship level for the seasoned professional to more forgiving courses for the beginner or occasional player. Miraflores Golf Academy is close by and offers lessons for both adults and children. Alhaurín Golf is a short drive and is Seve Ballasteros' championship course. We also have Valderrama, Lauro Golf, La Cala Golf (now the largest golfing complex in Spain) and many more ..
